I just want to share an experience a friend of mine had when she ordered from this company. I may be dating myself, but customer service used to have a whole different meaning in the past. Good or bad review, I would not expect the seller to respond as they did in this conversation below.  For me personally, no item is worth this verbal abuse. I will pass on such treatment. Now I wonder, are all the reviews on their page real, OR, have the negative ones been removed??? Besides, they gave me permission to "shout it from the rooftop" 😅

Note for seller: Where is my order. Very disappointing because this was a surprise for my son.

WOW! You just gave my small business a negative nasty review because USPS hasn't delivered your order yet????? What happens with an order once it is handed over to USPS is completely out-of my hands. I thought that was common knowledge but clearly not since you are publicly blaming me for the issue.

You messaged me this morning about your order and without allowing me even 24 hours to look into things and respond - (most likely offering to replace your order for no charge) - you turn around and leave this ****** review. I hope you feel like the ****** you are when your order arrives you monster....

You just caused your business even more negative review. I was going to delete & put that I shouldn't have been so quick to judge you or your company BUT NOW I am going let the world judge for themselves how your company is. All I said was very disappointing because my son hadn't arrived. Not once did I swear or call you such a name. But no worries if I receive my stickers cool , if not I'm out of the money I used. BUT YOU WILL BE OUT OF CUSTOMERS SO who really is the *****

Go ahead and shout it from the roof tops! Show the world how crazy you are. My business did nothing wrong. You're pissed at the wrong people. Your anger should be directed at USPS. Look at my reviews I've never had a response like yours because most people are aware how shipping and deliveries work. I will not be out of customers, I will be out of 1 customer who negatively affected my business for absolutely no reason, and I am more than fine with that.
