Service has improve a lot, it's been more than 20 years that I request medical and the service was awful, now that I need the medical again because I don't have a job and need medical services, sure the people is probably different, but their service really is different and better.

I got there stood in line for about seven minutes and was done and gone in about 15 minutes tops. They were courteous and very helpful.
