This might be our new favorite lunch stop. The chili is one of the best I’ve had. Just the right amount of bite.

The food here has always been beyond my expectations, and the service is great, too. Good food and good service are no coincidence. From the top down, it appears everyone is doing it right.

Just left Ray’s. We had the most amazing meal. I could tell the food was a very high quality. When I commented to our waitress she explained that the food is picked fresh weekly by the owner. We met Ray tonight. He was a gracious humble man that knows how to cook. I would highly recommend.

What a find! Little off the beaten path with a humble exterior bit that's where average ends This was honestly some of the best food I've had in years! Couldn't stop eating even though I was about to burst lol. All homemade by Ray and you can taste the love. Jodi our server was awesome and super sweet!

This place absolutely blew my expectations out of the water. The bar was clean, and the service was friendly and attentive. The food was amazing, best burger and fries I’ve ever had at only $12 for a huge burger and a pile of fries. The beer was good to, average price but all glasses where clean and frosted. I’ll be back!

What a wonderful experience!!! The service was friendly and prompt, the pasta dishes we ordered were delicious and very plentiful, the seafood bisque was to die for 😋. Congratulations to the new owners for resurrecting the old Ontario Hotel into Ray’s Kitchen. We’ll be back very soon.

All their food is so delicious and prepared perfectly. They go the extra mile. The fries are freshly cut. The burger buns are grilled. The chicken is juicy, and the lettuce is fresh. And there's a bar. It's a great place for any meal. This review was from before the place became Ray's. I haven't been there yet, as I have moved away from the area, so I have no idea if they changed anything.

I've eaten in and take out and it was amazing either way. The burgers are always delicious and the owner cares about his food and staff. The price is reasonable and you get a full plate of food.

If you are from out of town this is the local spot.

We had a party of 12. I arrived about 10 minutes before our reservation. The tables were all set and ready for us. The food arrived quickly and the portions were large. It was very good. I ordered a Chef Salad and took half home. You can find them online which includes their menu.

Great burgers. Strong drinks. Good place to get a bite in Norwich.

This place is phenomenal. The staff is friendly, welcoming and deliver excellent service. The food is delicious, cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is vintage, warm and comfortable. I highly recommend the Ontario Hotel. 👍👍
