Dunkin'

Not that the one on 30 by Westmoreland Mall is terrible, but it is a 50/50 that my iced latte will be good or not.
The one on 119 CONSISTENTLY makes my latte good. I've never had a bad one there. My hashbrowns were burned today... but, that's not a regular thing. Wish they would bring back the little breakfast tacos, but alas, they have a new breakfast empanada & I wasn't expecting much... but the outside is so buttery & flaky & the inside is very good & peppery. Much better than I had anticipated & I've already gotten 2.

I am not sure if it is Tony or Toni, but either way Tony was really nice to me when I visited here a few days ago. The place looked clean. They were out of jelly donuts. Apparently their jelly donuts went from being not so popular to an overnight sensation it seems. Their jelly donuts might have wings since they seem to be flying off the shelves. Now you might be lucky if you can buy one. They don't have a senior discount; however, they do offer a military discount. Not all of the Dunkin Donut stores are good, but this particular one is really good. I love Tony's personality. He definitely shines.

I dont go to Dunkin often, but ive noticed a positive difference in the staff since renovations. I never know what to get, and both times ive been there, both workers were really nice helping me figure out how sweet to make my coffee without judgement on how indecisive i was. I loved my coffee both times because of them. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I passed by the drive-thru to get coffee and another drink. Ordering through the speaker was easy, the worker understood and took our order. The staff seemed very pleasant through the window and our coffees were given to us quickly.

My wife works overnight and we stop here every night on her way to work. The staff here is ALWAYS very friendly and has our order ready when we arrive. (We use the app to place the order when we leave home). Any problem with the order has been taken care of quickly and with a smile. Great to see customer service is not lacking everywhere. Great job!

Serves the most delicious flavors of coffee in town! Has an abundance of awesome flavors you'll find for your own tastes sake. I personally kept this job longer than any other job I've had on the books. I would reccomend your morning coffee starts here!

Drive thru folks were really nice and seemed happy to fulfill my order! They pretty much know me, as I'm there daily and they recognize that and makes me feel welcomed!

So good, and I love the Pittsburgh cream donuts and they were out, they went back and made it for me. That was above and beyond. Super friendly and extremely thoughtful

This use to be the GO TO place for an ice coffee n relaxation at the tables outside. But yesterday was very disappointing. Our order was messed up due to a worker who cared more about boys in the store than her job.
I've never really had a complaint until now. It took the manager and a worker named Mike, to fix our order. We got our order Finally and went outside. BIG MISTAKE. The boys , the worker was watching, were outside( where its usually relaxing) and they had awful disgusting explicit music playing . it actually made me sick.
I am now finding a new DUNKIN to go to.

Coffe always tastes fresh as well as the donuts. This place seems to always be really busy on the weekends. They get the orders out very fast in the drive through

We just had the best experience here. The manager or maybe the owner I am not sure, let my son Brayden go back behind the counter and get his own glazed munchkins. She had asked him if he was waiting a long time to get his donut and his reply was yes! Lol . Then she asked him if he would work there when he gets bigger lol. So now all he says is he's gonna work at Dunkin Donuts lol. Thank you for amazing customer service. And being so kind 💜💙💛

My favorite place in the world!! All the workers are awesome and pretty much recognize my same, monotonous order pretty much daily 😂😂 They make me a mean iced coffee to start, or revive, my day! Keep up the awesome work!!

Went through the drive through for an iced coffee. People were awesome and the coffee was excellent mmmmm

This is my most frequented DD in the area. This Dunkin team has never forgot any part of my order and always answer any questions I may have about the seasonal items.

Ran outa house to catch bus. Forgot to rinse mouth with warm salt water ( very new dentures) guy 👦 at front counter went way outta way for me. Not many places like that anymore. !!!

I DIDN'T ASK FOR NO MO&€*&#*\NG SPRINKLES!! 5 stars for the hottie at the drive-thru tho.
