Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Best tropical smoothie in Southern Prince George’s County. Go there after my workouts and the smoothie is always perfect. THEY MAKE THE BEST WRAPS out of all the Tropical Smoothie’s. I go there about 2-3 days a week. The manager is phenomenal.

My daughter wanted to try this place out we got our nails done, and I'm so glad we did. She ordered the Mango Magic, and it was Delicious!! She even said how"Fresh" it tasted! The cashier was super helpful with the questions I had about the ingredients, and he even gave my daughter a free cookie. The place was clean and the workers that were there were super nice and welcoming! I will definitely be going back there again!

I’ve been coming here for the last 2 months and each time is a better experience. The manager is respectful, polite and professional. He also cleans up during downtime - now that’s amazing!

Today I ordered from Stan, His new name is “My Good Man, Stan” - from entering the spot to ordering my smoothies, Stan was extremely polite, professional and accurate. He took the time to read my order back to be accurate - again, that’s damn good customer service in today’s day and age. OH - my good man Stan reminded me that I had a free smoothie!!!! I was like wowwww - look at Stan!!!!

All the staff is efficient and expeditious with my orders. It’s truly a pleasure to come here and walk out with a great human service experience and delicious smoothies - EVERYTIME!!

My best friend and I stopped here during our vacation. I had never been a patron of tropical smoothie before, so I didn't know what to get. Natalie helped me decide. She was patient and kind. The best part was the smoothie tasted just as she said it would. The fruit was so fresh. We enjoyed our experience. Definitely a tropical smoothie patron going forward. 🙂🥤

There was a race today in the neighborhood and all the runners came here afterwards for their smoothies. The employees did an excellent job working together to make all the orders. Some of the customers were extremely rude and disrespectful to the employees but the employees did a great job handling the orders and maintained a high level of professionalism.

Friendly staff. Music is definitely a VIBE. Food and service were prompt.

I have been here a few time, they are pretty fast and accurate. Today, I accidentally dropped my smoothie out by the car. I was devastated but I called and explained what happened and the employees were very nice and made another drink at no extra charge. Definitely made my day.

Very pleasant experience today. I had been waiting for this location to open because it's closer to home. My granddaughter and I stopped in after our morning walk. Smoothies were on point and wrap and quesidilla were good. Got in car and quesidilla wasn't cut. When I took it back in a young lady met me before I could get to cashier and asked to help. I was pleased overall with the service. I'll be back soon.

I’m not from MD but this is my second day in a row coming in and the service is awesome. Everyone From the cashier to the prep crew was smiling, respectful and kept a positive attitude. Love it. Oxen Hill tropical smoothie cafe rocks!!

I always have a pleasant experience when I go into this location. The staff is very friendly and the Manager Tre is always engaged and available to answer any questions that I have. The food is phenomenal and the smoothies are always perfect!

I appreciate one of the associates cleaning the store and tables with a clean rag and hot sanitation solution i...rare to see people really cleaning stores now a days. The store smelt clean and looked very clean

TODAY.... Manager Mike put a good hurting on my wrap. Usually, its so busy that the food is sloppy but TODAY lord have mercy it was delicious. Im a pescatarian so the shrimp wrap is my go to... Thanks Mike for making my 30 minute lunch 😋

Alexis has awesome customer service. She greeted me upon entry of the store. First time trying island green smoothie and it was pretty good.
