Serious hole in the wall vibe for a Dunkin', but the service was friendly and the food was normal Dunkin quality.

I go here on a daily basis it's usually busy during the morning ish but pretty clean customer service know what they be doing my food be real good and nice n warm so if u had a problem here it's ur problem .

I am very particular about my charlie cold foam and how it is made. I have had people mess it up however their customer service to make it better is great. There are two workers that make coming here a great morning routine and I am very grateful for them!

Be aware that this is a busy Dunkin located right off the highway, so there's usually a line in the morning to get what you want. Have some patience they are moving the customers as quickly as they can.

Got the perfect bagel at this location. Toasted nicely with the right amount of cream cheese, not the usual 3 inch standard. Just watched them handle a serious lunch rush too.

I can never say no to Dunkin... I'm a Jersey girl!!! Very clean, nice staff, prompt service and not too hard to find on your way or to park. Overall positive experience. Will definitely be back if I'm in Hartford again.

This dunkin is my favorite, everything seems to be fresh whenever I buy it. Bagels especially!!! They do a great job. Though dunkin is getting expensive due to minimum wage escalating. I've started making coffee and such at home. Because my wages have not gone up, unfortunately.

Lived it. Very professional, the lady noticed that a bunch of people were in town for a thing at the hotel and she made everyone's experience great there, yes we know it's Dunkin Donuts but to be able to sit inside and have all your brothers in there talking and having a good time and sharing their experience with the staff made for a really good day

Dunkin Donuts needs no introduction. My local stores are all manned by efficient and friendly Staff. Dunkin's products also need no introduction. For added appeal, many Dunkin's now offer seasonal specialty items, like a Ghost Pepper glazed donut for All's Hallowed Eve, or Apple-filled, to celebrate Harvest time. You can even phone orders in! Found nationally, Dunkin's is the only real chain to present a challenge to Starbuck's, and once you've been in/to one, you'll know why!

I've always had friendly service here in the mornings. Even though the drive thru line is long, it still doesn't take a lot of time and they're also fast inside.

Today of all days I needed a D&D coffee & the gentleman in front of me paid God Bless th ed individual who did this,if the only knew the situation I'm going thru just losing my oldest son
So grateful for this little gesture that to me means a whole lot
