Lovely place my sister discovered and recommended. I had the chicken broccoli Alfredo dish, and my husband had the quesadillas. It was a very large platter and was good since I like garlic, but if you don't, that wouldn't be the dish for you! I tried their root beer, and it too was very good. My husband has the black tea and thought it could have been a touch sweeter. We were too full to try the ice cream.

2-9-24 went here again. Ordered the fish fry dinner and a cup of clam chowder. My friend ordered the salmon. Both were really good...,..........Have been here several different times now. They always have amazing food and service. Ordered the chefs special prime rib sandwich today. Also ordered a bowl of clam chowder, kids Mac and cheese with fries. A chicken pot pie with a cup of clam chowder. For drinks we had blood orange tea, matcha on ice and a chi latte. Everything was delicious. They source most things local which I like. Definitely recommend checking this place out. They serve homemade baked goods and ice cream aswell.

I love taking the family to Bailiwick's the food is always fresh and delicious. We decided to start or adventure Sunday with lunch and a walk through the sunflower. Everyone's food was delicious although, they did have some difficulties with my husband's Ruben and he didn't get his meal until we were almost done with ours and it didn't come with the sides. But we didn't let that bother us and still enjoyed our time there. The lavender lemonade was amazing. After lunch we worked off our meal by waking through the sunflowers. There were so many colors and varieties of sunflowers to look at. The path was a little rough and bumpy, and steep in some spots so just watch your step as your walking. In all it was a great start on such a beautiful day well worth the stop even if it wasn't perfect I still give them five stars.

This place is just adorable. I met up with my family the first time going there and it just happened to be a day that they had live music playing. It was pretty busy but the staff was super friendly. We had a bit of a wait time on our food but didn't mind due to the entertainment and surroundings. We sat outdoors in their awesome patio area, the atmosphere of the whole place is fantastic. The ice cream is to die for!! Sooo good and the food was very tasty and reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend checking it out. This will become a regular place for us.

What a cute place. We had delicious ice cream and enjoyed walking through the sunflower field. 🌻 The variety and amount of sunflowers were astounding. The staff was very friendly. It was a great experience!

Fresh, hot, and self service. I would like it if more restaurants took on this approach. I personally get their burger because it’s fresh grilled. Their Bailiwick beef bowl is good, but due to the menu having a rotation I don’t know if this is always available. This is a awesome spot, it has a fast food style model of self seating, service, and clean up. However, it is worth the trip. My only suggestion is to get what you want in line once you’re at the counter including refills because the line can be long after you get your food.

Had a salad with just few greens, but loaded with blueberries, strawberries, cubes of cheese and a perfect piece of grilled salmon with a balsamic dressing on the side. Shop is loaded with gift ideas and there is really good ice cream if you are in the mood. Staff very helpful, but you place your order and pick it up when ready and you bus your own tray and dishes. Go there! It's fun.

We just had my bridal shower in the outdoor Pavillion and it was PERFECT! SUPER CUTE. My only complaint is that there was also a sunflower walk scheduled that weekend which made parking nearly impossible, and when you're paying for a venue I think that's a little frustrating.

Have been going here specifically for ice cream through the years and have to say that we have yet to be disappointed. Homemade ice cream isn't always easy to find nor does it come in the form of a place with a very cool atmosphere (and a drive-in!) Just had food food there for the first time and again.. impressed. If you are in the area it's well worth the stop.

This is one of my top 3 burgers from Lansing to Syracuse. The prices are impossible to beat for the quality. The fish fry looks amazing. I LOVE the ice cream. Lattes are also top notch

Absolutely beautiful establishment. The food and service are top-notch. Decoration is outstanding, with seasonal touches that are classy and doesn’t seem to go overboard. The staff is super friendly, and they even offer a military discount. This is one of my favorite places in Upstate NY.

Bailiwick Market. Taking the long way home from Waterloo we saw this place. I had remembered hearing about their home made ice cream so we stopped in.
This place was so much more than I expected. The live music was not only awesome but just made the whole experience that much better. The shop was adorable with so many great things to check out.
Now I mentioned we stopped for ice cream. But my teenage son saw someone's sandwich and decided he needed to have one and he was starving. Lol. So this turned into dinner, a show, and ice cream to go.
He got the Reuben sandwich. It came with sweet pickle chips and potato chips. He also got one of their root beers. He raved about everything. He said it was the best Reuben he's ever had and told me we have to go there again soon.
I got the 1/2 Ceaser Salad and added Chicken. It came with their house made Asiago dressing. Omg it was absolutely incredible. If they ever start bottling this dressing I will buy it to bring home. The salad as a whole was amazing and even came with a home made roll.
My 1 and ONLY critique about this place is I wish they mixed up the salad with the dressing in the back before plating. It is very difficult to mix this properly without salad spilling out because the bowl was very full. It was a little frustrating but when I finally got there.... dang that was a delicious salad.
Now finally onto the ice-cream. They have soft serve, sundaes, and all sorts of great things. They even have cartons to go. The hard ice-cream is home made and wow was it amazing. My son got the plain chocolate because he's boring. He said it was so chocolatey and really really good. I got the Coffee Chip. It was strong coffee with strong chocolate chips and it was perfect. Not only was the flavor awesome but it was creamy and rich and everything ice-cream should be.
Atmosphere ✅ Food ✅ Dessert ✅
What about service, hospitality, friendliness? ✅ ✅ ✅ The people are outstanding! I even met the owner and she was so kind.
So.... if you haven't been yet. Go. Now. You will not regret it!

The food has always been great and I haven't had any really bad service experiences. Typically the quality of service is directly proportional to the age of the person behind the counter. I don't blame them though, they are trying their best to maintain competency in a world they never thought to prepare for - as we all are.

I imagine how I might fare, having been born into a world where all questions had been settled, there were bright and exciting scientific discoveries on the horizon, and we all faced a common Soviet foe and were united against them. Jobs required a different set of skills, a shallower yet more sincere kind of problem solving. I then try to place myself in the shoes of that person, who, having been raised in an idyllic world of higher earning potential relative to buying power, now has to grapple with a rapidly changing social and technological landscape.

Would I be frustrated as I found my common sense now uncommon? Would I be jaded from trying to engage the new world on my own terms only to be frozen out, or burned by the insolent young? I may indeed. I would be faced with these ancient questions of time and change as my ancestors, but now with a bewildering level of information and shimmering, horrible changes. It would inevitably cause me to reflect on my mortality.

How was it that I had come so close to the end and achieved so little? Was this job, serving delicious but ultimately common food to strangers where I had arrived after all the love and sweat and loss of my passed decades?

It reminds me of the words of the immortal bard:

That time of year thou mayst in me behold
When yellow leaves, or none, or few, do hang
Upon those boughs which shake against the cold,
Bare ruined choirs where late the sweet birds sang.
In me thou see’st the twilight of such day
As after sunset fadeth in the west,
Which by and by black night doth take away,
Death’s second self, that seals up all in rest.
In me thou see’st the glowing of such fire
That on the ashes of his youth doth lie,
As the death-bed whereon it must expire,
Consumed with that which it was nourished by.
This thou perceiv’st, which makes thy love more strong,
To love that well which thou must leave ere long.

Also - food is great and the coffee is always fresh!

What a delightful stop. We were on the road and needed a cuppa . Stopped and found some cool gifts for the family, good coffee, the Magic Bar was a big hit and my 1/2 n 1/2 cookie. You get a choice of vanilla or a chocolate bottom. I chose vanilla and it was a right choice ;).

Such a great place, do recommend if your getting to go and are limited on your break to pre-order but it's worth it, such great healthy tasting food no matter what you get and the people there are great

Amazing food! Great service! I was amazed at how many choices there actually was. Each of my kids got something they liked and ate all of it without any complaints! I don't know why we haven't gone here sooner but we will got sure be putting it on our list of places to go out to eat at! Once we were all finished eating our delicious food we stopped on the way out for twist ice cream cones.

I added pictures of the chicken pot pie and lemon poopy seed muffins that I grabbed for breakfast the next morning!

We haven't been in for a while but decided to give it a go. The service was great, the wait was short and the food was delicious. Lunch on a Saturday!!
