AT&T Store

The staff and manger at the store were very helpful and provided my family with great service. They were able to resolve both my billing and phone issues. Overall quick, friendly and professional!

We had a great experience with the AT&T friendly and knowledgeable staff. Coty was extremely helpful. He approached us within minutes of walking in. He resolved our issues, understood our concerns. Recommend them to all.

Jordan is so nice. I had an issue with my daughter’s phone they got me all situated and out the door within the hour. I appreciate being able to walk in and speak to humans when I have an issue. This is a great location.

I had a horrible experience earlier in the day and then decided to go to another att store. Khalil was AMAZING! He calmed me down from being frustrated, took care of all of my needs and also apologized for the previous store employees behaviors. I will use this att store only from now on. The store was clean, all of the staff was friendly and they solved all of my issues in under an hour. Thanks again!!

I am very pleased with the service I have received at this location! I arrived without an appointment and was greeted by smiling faces and quick service. I 10/10 recommend this branch of AT&T! Chris and Charlie assisted me with purchasing/trading and setting up my device. Charlie is a trainee, but works very well, he was able to guide me through all the new steps and pitched AT&T TV to me. Logan, the general manager was great, too! Customer service unmatched! Thanks, guys!

Jimmy was so patient and kind! I had a complicated transaction and he stayed calm and reassuring even though I wanted to jump out of the seat. He changed my old phone over for my mom in a different state and got me a new phone and set it all up. His service was excellent. Great employee!

I have been dealing with Logan for quite some time now and found out he is now at this store so I brought my boy to his store to upgrade his phone and Logan did an outstanding job getting us in a better plan and got my boy the phone he wanted at a great deal. I highly recommend Logan if you are going to buy a new phone or sign up with AT&T. He is very knowledgeable and courteous and he is always looking out for what is best for the customer. Thanks again Logan and it was great seeing him again.

Khalil was freaking awesome! He got us upgraded and helped us get set up with Direct Stream all while the internet in the store was down.

Very pleased with the level of customer service received at this store when I recently purchased my new upgraded phone. Chris was very patient with my many questions and Logan (store manager) kept checking on us to make sure our transaction was going smoothly. Overall, a very pleasant experience!! Very helpful. We visited this location to purchase a new phone and add a line to our account. Chris and Megan went above and beyond to help us find the new plan we required with a new phone and save money in the process with current deals. When the process of transferring numbers and lines around caused a data connection problem in the existing phone Chris and Megan stayed beyond closing to time to troubleshoot and repair the problem, even escalating the problem to an off site technician for additional help. I will be only going to this location as it was the best phone buying experience I have had.

Chris and Logan are the best, they were so nice to me at first when I entered the store I was uncomfortable because am African and I have an accent. But he greeted me n I only waited for like two min and Chris attendee to me, he was so patient and respectful. both of them were so nice,they don’t look at your age cause m 23 n they older but they made me laugh, set up my phone, help me gain an understanding for my plan and gave me the best deal ever. Am satisfied with their customer service ethics, they really care about their customers. chris n longan if you seeing this your west African customer says hello and thank you for being respectful and professional.

The service was wonderful at this location. They are very customer focused and maintain clean environment that was safe but inviting. The customer service specialist Logan helped me create a phone plan that was most conducive to my family dynamic of having a son overseas. Thank you for you your help. Highly recommended!!

I came to this store after waiting 2 hours at the Central Park store without being helped. Jimmy was very helpful, kind, and really knew what he was doing. He was able to assist me quickly and even pointed out something the previous salesman had done that he should not have. My experience at this AT&T Store was great! The manager made suggestions to help me decide which phone fit my needs and budget. If you looking for great customer service and a friendly staff to make phone and accessories shopping easy, then this is the place.

After multiple times trying to get through to and resolution with ATT account on the phone and online,I decided to go into the store. Best decision I could have made. Where the phone and chat customer service agents didn't understand or weren't willing to help, the experience in the store was amazing. Personal, caring, dedicated are just a couple of words that describe the people in the store. From the moment you walk in its a great atmosphere. Logan and Maegan knocked it out of the park helping me fix the multiple issues with my account. Took the time to listen to my problems and took a concerted effort to find a remedy. As we were discussing my account we were able to find ways to save money and improve my accounts. Walked away with everything fixed and confidence back in ATT. If you want a great experience and to get your problems fixed, don't waste your time on the phone, chat, or other stores, head into this store and ask for Logan or Maegan.

We were very satisfied with the service we received at AT&T at Eagle Village in Fredericksburg from service rep Charlie Smith. He was incredibly helpful and patiently explained all of the I phone purchase and service options with us.

This is a story of greatness! I haven't experienced this level of customer service in a long while. I am a car sales person at a new car dealership. I have a high standard for service and it was met and exceeding today by the crew I met. First Chris and Charlie were awesome! Chris is definitely a future manager I can see it, and I'm excited to see how Charlie does once he is fully trained. The district manager Vince and store manager Logan forever have my eternal thanks for the miracle they pulled off when we hit a bump in the road. All in All I have found the AT&T store I will always be heading to in times of need and I can surely say, "if you ever need a new phone, tablet, AT&T TV or if you just want to meet a stand up guy, give Chris a shout and be ready to be impressed!"
