I love Dunkin coffee. Some of their specialty drinks are better than Starbucks. Certainly cheaper!

we forgot to order something for somebody in the car and the girl at the window was very accommodating when we paid she added to her order without a problem. And it was made properly and tasted excellent caramel coffees.

There's lots to be said about a location that serves its customers so cheerfully and speedily. We love this store and we visit each time we're in Johnson City.

Super friendly service and a completely correct order capped off this quick trip through the drive-thru. Also earned some points toward my next free beverage! Great experience!

This is exactly what happened.

I am a type 1 diabetic, for 19 years.i am 24. I went to one dunkin on main st in binghamton, they refused help without money I didnt have on me. I was refused water that i desperately needed due to insulin pump malfunction. (That is illegal) I was on limited time. The new manager Jacob gave me a cup of water as I needed it for a medical emergency. Where ANOTHER CHAIN I WAS DENIED. If dunkin refused to help me, I could have sued heavily with them to pay my hospital bill and for the suffering that only we experience. But Jacob, just potentially saved me from a 911 call by simply listening to reason and logic and gave mw water until i got my ride home to fix the situation.

Good people still exist.

Service is always amazing. They know my face/car/order before I even get there. I go out of my way to come to this Dunkin

The cashier was so pleasant and the food was delicious coffee was great too...we received our order fast and it was all right lol

Staff apparently don't know how to use Dunkin Rewards! It's always a hassle trying to use them- maybe they should train staff on how to apply them so customers can use them!!!!!

Johnson City Dunkin' Donuts (across from the mall.) My second favorite Dunkin' after Apalachin. They're super busy, but always great service and fast! I like their dining room and this one has a conference room should you need it.

Has the fastest service any DD I’ve visited in Broome county. Has never gotten my order wrong. Wonderful employees with a lot of patience for problematic customers.

I really like this location a lot. Very modern, wifi and extremely fast service. Never a wrong order and staff are generally pretty decent.

It was fine. D & D has a private room that you can reserve and meet with others to plan activities or just General business. It is great.

Love the food, but im here for the iced coffees. 😀 10/10 for staff, food & drink and prompt friendly service.
