From the first contact, the team made me feel comfortable and that they would care for my daddy with dignity. The meeting in the office, with Abby, was professional and compassionate. I felt like she knew my daddy. At this difficult time I felt cared for and Abby relieved any concerns I had.

Dealt with losing my parents within 2 weeks of each other and Sydney made the experience so seamless on her end. She’s been so patient with me while I navigate this situation and answered all of my questions. I have had multiple experiences with pgh cremation, unfortunately. That being said, they are fabulous. They are the most caring, understanding, patient and compassionate group of women. They are quick to respond to questions and concerns. They have such a calm way about them, during such a difficult time, but they make it effortless. They are absolutely wonderful. Our father passed away in October 2023 and this was our first experience with Funeral services of any sort. Stephanie at the Washington Center was a rock and held our hand through the entire process and made sure all our questions and concerns were answered promptly. We even had a late request for a viewing as family came in unexpectedly and Kevin at the Robinson center took such excellent care and made every accommodation. PC&FC made a nearly unbearable experience tolerable. With the passing of my mother they made the planning seamless. Stephanie was great and the facilities are beautiful. Not to mention, PC&FC provides the best pricing in the South Hills area in the unfortunate event you need their services. I highly recommend them and will use them again should I need to in the future.

My husbands brother passed away at the end of August. My husband had power of attorney and decided to make arrangements for his funeral prior to his death however, we do not live in Pennsylvania. On the recommendation of my bother-in-laws nursing care facility we called Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care. They were so very helpful, professional, and compassionate. They made the preparations very easy for us. They even arranged the military burial and Honor Guard. We did not get to meet with them in person until the morning of the service and it all went flawlessly. We can't thank Danielle and the staff at Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care enough for making our final good bye to our loved brother/brother-in-law a special memory.

I can’t say enough positive things about this facility. When my dearest friend and neighbor passed away unexpectedly this summer, I was devastated! It gave me and my family great comfort to see the the loving care with which Gerri’s funeral was handled. Sandy’s attention to every detail gave us the feeling that our friend was not gone, but remained with us to help us as we grieved this tragic loss.

From start to finish the process was very simple. I had picked this company before my mother passed so that hospice care knew who to contact. We were able to sit with my mother and have a nice prayer with the family there before we called to have mom taken. I was able to do everything over the phone. Stephanie called and updated me the entire week on the progress. Everyone is very caring and professional. The two gentlemen that came to pick my mom up were also very polite and took great care in transferring her. I will definitely use this company again.

During the shock and grief of our cousin's sudden passing, we were given loving concern and help with a very difficult situation. I cannot than the staff enough for leading our family through the cremation process. Thank you very much.

When my mom passed I had no idea where to begin other than we knew we wanted cremation. Walking into Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care I was instantly put at ease by the beautiful facility and warm welcome by Stephanie.
Stephanie guided us through each step with kindness, empathy, patience and professional knowledge that was needed to make final arrangements for my mom.
The dignity with which they handled mom's remains and the "check ins " with me after that truly show these woman care about people.

We couldn’t have had a better experience with this funeral home when my grandpa passed back in 2017. My grandmother just recently passed so our family decided to hold the viewing and funeral gatherings through them again. They did a wonderful job and the facility here is beautiful. They have a large lounge with private family rooms, and cover everything a grieving family needs during a difficult time. Stephanie here is amazing and helped us out so much. They made my grandmother look beautiful and it was very comforting for the family to know she was in good hands. Amazing job.
