Dunkin'

I went to dunkin the week they opened. Im not a big coffee drinker but I heard they had an awesome frozen chocolate drink. The lobby was closed and The drive thru line was long however we went through it fairly quickly. The people were friendly and you could tell they were short handed and still working everything out. The drink was amazing and I highly recommend it. The staff at the window was friendly and were working hard. I went back again a week later on a Sunday around 830 am. It was packed hardly any room in the parking lot which isn't their fault due to how small it is. I ordered my drink and waited for a while. However I was inside this time and not one person was standing still. They were all rushing and trying their best. All of them in a mask and still a smile underneath. Thumbs up to all the employees who are working hard and trying their best. Have patients because they are trying their best. Thanks dunkin crew!

Brought our whole crew here to Dunkin tonight for some delicious drinks. The crew was working hard, the service was awesome, and the drinks were fantastic! We LOVE Dunkin!

A lady working the drive thru (i think maybe the manager?) told me she had just sent the cook on break and to pull forward, she would bring my sandwich out as soon as she could. I told her not to wprry. Just a minute or two later she came running out with a hot fresh breakfast sandwich made perfectly! She apologized for the delay even though it was very fast service and told me to have a great day. And it was, her kindness and friendly smile made a big difference in my day! Thank you all for always being friendly!

On 8/13/23 around 10 a.m. I went into the Harrison Dunkin like I frequently do. Today there appeared to be 4 ladies working with a lobby full and drive thru full. These 4 girls ROCKED it!!! My drink was delicious like it is every time I go! These ladies need a raise. Thank you ladies for all the bad A work you did this morning.

Katie is a great manager and lacey was a great server, Victoria made our request manageable and they are all very sexy too. I imagine they are all destined for greatness.

I give this place a 10/10. Every time I have came here it has been a good experience! The staff are always friendly and very helpful. I’m not very knowledgeable in coffee and they always help me find something good! I also think the food is excellent. If you want something yummy try the sweet black pepper bacon sandwich on a croissant. It is awesome 10/10

I’ve worked in Harrison for the week and hit the drive through every morning. It was fast and they got my order right each time.

Fabulous food and drinks. I personally love their peach refresher and their kolaches. Their staff is also friendly. They’re pretty busy since they’re new in town, but fantastic all the same.

Don't have an answer for the atmosphere, but the drive-thru service was amazing

Avocado toast is amazing, I wanted an iced matcha without dairy, I cant have Alpha gal and cant have dairy, the lady was kind enough to recommend almond milk and add caramel. IT WAS AMAZING! I will be back for another!

If it wasn't up to snuff, I'd say something. It's the only one near me and I still have to drive 45 mind to get these perfect cup when I want that nice memory which isn't often enough but my budget doesn't afford.

When I visited going through the drive thru it was very fast I was in and out in no time whitch I appreciate. I got a carmel macchiato it was pretty good.

I do not normally write reviews. But I have to say when I visited the Dunk-in Donuts in Harrison AR this morning I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was so very friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant. I actually sat down and the manager sat at the table behind me. As I started talking to her she told me she was the manager. She was so very nice. I watched her with two employees and it was very obvious she cares for her staff and treats them with respect and dignity. As I ate my donuts I watched the employees smile, laugh and work together. They truly looked like a team who enjoyed their jobs.
I only hope when my area gets a dunk in donuts that ours will be as pleasant and welcoming. I truly was impressed. I never caught the managers name but I am so grateful for the few moments she had to chat with me. I wish her and her team the best. Harrison Dunkin Donuts I high recommend to anyone even passing by. Please stop and see all the smiling faces and the terrific atmosphere they bring. Excellent customer service! I give them a 10!

Always good service and good coffee. Today it was a bit slow but they were packed and we were informed there were only 2 workers so they were short staffed

I was thoroughly happy with my experiences this week. There 3 times, all 3 times were 10/5 star experiences. Workers serve with a smile, the donuts are fresh (even when I got there at 11am and 1pm). The donuts ALSO remain fresh ALL day at home (even with the box being left open a decent amount). I don't know what kind of magic they put in them, but keep it up. Also, the donuts with filling are STUFFED with filling. I've quit going to many donut shops because they don't fill their donuts fully, but this Dunkin' is KILLING it.

My coffee and food orders have been accurate and fresh. That snackin' bacon is my new fave!! Though I had some issues with the app, the staff were courteous and helped me understand the issue and fixed the issue too!
This location has been busy as it is new in town and has just opened. I applaud the employees who are training hard daily to help make my experience each time a great one! As a matter of fact, I've had a great experience with some ladies in the drive thru - Victoria, Faith, and Brianna (sp?) have all been polite and helped me with payment issues & reward/ deals issues in the app. Dustin did an awesome job on my food order. Keep up the good work!

This is one of the best Dunkin's I've been to, and I've been to a lot over the USA. They are always so friendly and my drink is always made great!!

Enjoyed a White Chocolate Ice Mocha very good!
