Harbor Freight Tools

There were 2 employees walking around, the Store Manager in his office and one lady on the register. Seven of us stood in line waiting until one employee came and helped us. This store normally has great service so I won't dock points because the SM thought paperwork was more important than customers.

I've been a Harbor Freight customer for many, many years. Most of the products are excellent although I've had a few over the years that did not perform well. However, Harbor Freight always makes it right.

Love this store and the attitude of workers, Debbie is awesome always lightens up the mood and is super goofy. Best harbor freight around these parts!👍🏻

Find coupons online before shopping. You can get great deals. Store is well organized and staff is knowledgeable. Easy on and off of 41.

Purchase a battery operated drill there a few weeks ago. Great price. I always buy the Bauer line if they have it and find their tools to be comparable to Dewalt or other comparable tools.

Really nice location. Clean and well organized. Sometimes out of stocks are a problem. Debbie, especially, really goes out of her way to get to know and help every customer. She is A+++++!

Very positive shopping experience the last two times at the Venice Harbor Freight location. In contrast to last year, they had all the advertised products in stock. I had almost written them off, but it looks like they are managing inventory levels much better these days. Products generally get the job done, and they aren't cheap and disposable like they were in the past.

Bought our new generator here. The staff was very helpful. They made sure we got the best deal. Even helped us get an additional 200.00 off sales price. Great sales prices, store well stocked and very clean. Employees were very friendly. Made making a big purchase much easier.

Quick, easy to navigate due to overhead signs. Clean, well lit. Knowledgeable & helpful employees.

Harbor Freight is my "go to" store for any and all tool needs. They sell name brand tools at discount prices. Their wide array of tools and accessories fits the needs of both DIYers and professionals.

Lots of relatively inexpensive tools. Probably not for the professional, but good enough for the home handyman.

I went to harbor freight to return once again a security camera that stopped working. I have a plan on the camera so I could return with no questions asked. This was the easiest return ever, the cashier was friendly n didn't mind that I returned she was actually helpful because I wound up upgrading the security camera and of course insurance out on that as well. Their insurance is the best. I wish I knew the cashier's name who helped me I would like to give her the credit she deserves. I'll find her name and update this review

This place was really cool, even as a female. I enjoyed going in with my husband although I argued at first even when it is one of his favorite stores. They have tons of different neat things for tradesmen (we are painters), outdoor gardening and tools, home improvement, and just about any tools you can think of just about. So the trip ended up being a win win for both of us. There is no other tool place you will find better prices without any doubt or question. There was also quick service.
