I live in South Dakota I was taking a nap woke up to my dog's barking and someone in my backyard... fenced in backyard with two locked gates..... Luckily my dogs didn't get let out..... Unless there's a gas leak you can't just come on to private property.... You would have to make an appointment with us just like we would have to make one with MDU or anyone else....
