Cowgirl Cafe

We stopped in for breakfast not expecting much. What a pleasant surprise! The service was top notch and the food tasted home-cooked. I had a spinach/mushroom/artichoke omelette. The artichokes weren’t just chopped up in the eggs, they were hearty. My partner’s pancakes were fantastic. We both got grits on the side, an uncommon treat. The coffee was perfect. I know people are eating out less these days but I hope the community keeps this gem in business for a long time.

Good place for a safety meeting. Just kidding, we took the crew out for a birthday breakfast. Lots of food, portions are large and prices are fair. I didn't see any cowgirls working but the place was decorated well and the cowboys whipped up a mean breakfast. Definitely a greasy spoon style restaurant. Clean multi unit restrooms available.

Stopped here for breakfast on my way home to Sacramento. Cute cafe with lots of art and old school cowgirl decor. I loved it. Food was good and service was amazing too! Would definitely go back.

Such a cute place old pictures of Atascadero & Movie Stars very cozy. The food is so good there too I highly recommend this place. It cost 40 bucks for breakfast they give you plenty of food. I have enough leftover for breakfast tomorrow too. The staff is really friendly & they come check on you several times to see if you need more coffee or anything else.

Your food was great and we had such a nice time at your restaurant you food is the best and you should keep doing what you are doing to make people feel happy. 😊

Delicious homemade comfort food with great service and great pricing. We were so tired of the overpriced trendy breakfast spots with their tiny portions. The ham steak and hot links hit the spot! Biscuits & gravy were on point; everything was so good! We'll definitely be back again!

I love the theme of this place, as a sucker for old time saloons and westerns. The tall ceilings and decor really warm the place. Large portions of food and a great chicken fried steak and crispy hash browns every time. A fantastic diner that is never a let down. However I'd like my coffee refills offered a little more often and the tables to be wiped down a little better. I've sat at sticky table tops a few times here but the food and environment is a must try for any western buff with a big cowboy appetite! Friendly staff.

Was easy to get a table not a lot of people for a Sunday brunch.
They give you huge amount of food. They made me a custom scramble, which was great. They forgot a few of our sides. But overall good food and price.

The Cowgirl Cafe in Atascadero is a large restaurant serving a large variety of tasty American food. Our family was there for breakfast and the portions are large and well prepared. Prices are also reasonable and the service is fast and courteous. We will return.

The food was good, fast and our server was wonderful! My server recommended the skirt steak with stuffed jalapeño, eggs and hashbrowns special. It was sooo good!

This is easily the best cowgirl cafe. Food was immaculate. Portions enough for a large man for every dish. If you've been to another cowgirl cafe do yourself a favor and come taste perfection. If you're looking for breakfast this is the place.

Amazing place to grab a bite for breakfast or lunch. I highly recommend the biscuits and gravy. Portions are large, and the food is filling and delicious. Staff are very friendly and attentive. I loved the decor and overall theme of the cafe as well. We will be back!

We stopped in here for a brunch and were so happy we did. Andraes was a great and friendly server. He stayed at the table answering all our questions. He even got me a sample of the chili that is used on the chili cheese omelette. Yummy to say the least. Yes I ordered that omelette.
You won't be disappointed if you stop in here.

The food was really plentiful , reasonable and delicious. My breakfast lasted me for 4 meals! The cookies are also super yummy!
