Lisa and Cierra helped me unclog my ear with the quickness and were extremely Nice and patient!! Best urgent care EVER!!!

I went to this location on Saturday, 10/21/23, for a cyst on my underarm that recently just started hurting to the point I couldn't lift up my arm. I was able to walk in, get seen within minutes and the cyst removed. Lisa was the nurse practitioner and she was phenomenal!! She was very pleasant and she made me laugh which helped me tremendously because I don't like needles, being cut, and I was pretty nervous and in a lot of pain. She took her time with me and explained things very well to me. She prescribed an antibiotic in case there was a chance of infection. I know it wasn't an easy procedure, especially to be done in an urgent care setting, but she did a fabulous job and I can't thank her enough for taking the time to take care of this issue for me. I was getting concerned because it kept getting bigger and I started to not feel well and I was afraid of it turning into sepsis which isn't good. So I am extremely thankful to her for her time, patience, knowledge, making me as comfortable as she could, and for the antibiotic. The young lady at the front desk was also very sweet and helpful as well. I know where to go if I need any other help with illness for myself or my son in the future. Keep up the amazing work!!

Wonderful, kind, and caring staff, and the most expedient service after 5pm on a Sunday I never imagined I could find anywhere. You’re in good hands here, and I highly recommend this location!

I have had nothing but great service at this location, they are always friendly, efficient, and fast! When myself or my children are sick and can't get into the docs right away, this is so convenient, never had any problems with the staff. I can't say it enough, they are AWESOME!
I literally left work on my 30 minute lunch, ran to urgent care and was back on time!! (nothing contagious obviously) I might actually enjoy going to doctor's if they were all like your staff! I can't thank Lisa, Nichole, and Cierra enough!!

Nichole & Cierra were absolutely amazing in helping me to get in, and be seen quickly. I couldn't have been more grateful to them. They were friendly and went out of their way with their willingness and effort to get me seen. I'm so thankful they were there.

We just left and the staff absolutely amazing. The woman at the window was so helpful and efficient with finding my profile, also with helping the other folks who were already there. The nurse practitioner was friendly to my little one and was so quick with her exam! I blinked and we were done , walking out the door! So grateful to have this location so we don't have to wait hours in the ER.

They are better than a lot of the doctors we see. The care was fast and the follow up is wonderful these people care about you. Asset to our community

Absolutely blown away by the compassion and kindness displayed by Lisa, Nichole, and Cierra. Not only did they take the time to explain my diagnoses, they spoke to me like a friend and not just another patient. Plus, I was out the door in less than 30 minutes as opposed to sitting in an ER waiting room for hours. Will absolutely be revisiting and recommending this location!

I needed a specific test for my work, ran into multiple issues finding where to get it done in the area, until I got to Walk In Urgent Care. From the start, it was clear they had a competence regarding their office and services, and did it all with a joyous charm that made it fun. I had fun at urgent care. Not a sentence I ever thought I would say.

Quick, efficient, and the team offered options that will benefit the application and documentation of the test and results for my workplace. They have an app that as of writing this is well built and easy to navigate.

Brought my son in on a Sunday and staff was very personable and quick to get our information and get us back to a room. The NP (I believe that’s what her title was) was very nice and very responsive to the questions we were asking. Definitely would recommend and come back when/if needed.

Went to the urgent Care center today for stitches. Lisa is an amazing nurse practitioner Cassie at the front desk was pleasant and got me and quickly. Not wanting to say I'm going to come back and see them anytime soon but would definitely come here before I would go anywhere else.

Thanks to Lisa, Tiff, and Britt! I walked in and was immediately greeted by a pleasant receptionist, who asked me a few questions and got me checked in really quickly. I was taken to a room within 5 minutes and the doc came in really shortly after that. The whole visit was probably 15 minutes total. I was super happy with the staff at the Lorain Urgent Care!

Had a great experience at the Walk In Urgent Care in Lorain. I had a small piece of metal stuck in my eye and was helped immediately by the friendly staff, Jess, Nicole, and Alex.

I have taken my mother here multiple times and they are amazing! My mother is very nervous about seeing medical providers, but she always sees the Nurse Practitioner, Lisa Kisaberth, who immediately puts her at ease and is so kind, but also thorough. The last time she was ill, I asked my mom if she wanted me to call her primary care and make an appointment and mom said, "No, I want to go see Lisa because I trust her." Our wait time has never been long and the staff are all very efficient. I can highly recommend this facility.

I had one of the best experiences of my life here. Lisa was very competent and friendly and knowledgeable about my condition. The staff was absolutely amazing. I would go back over and over again! Thanks for all that you ladies do!❤

I had the most excellent care and kindness from Ashley, Nurse Practitioner, who sutured my thumb and gave me a tetanus shot. Brittany and Tiffany assisted with all procedures and were 100% professional, and supportive. They were about to close, but saved the day for me! I’ve been to other urgent cares and emergency rooms, but I would recommend Walk In Urgent Care as best in Ohio!! I am recommending to all my family and friends. 5 star care!

Great office and wonderful staff. I’ve been coming here for years. Every time go here it’s always welcoming. The nurses are very knowledgeable. The faculty is clean and not over crowded. This is my children and I go to place when we’re sick. Yani, Rosie and Lisa K are the best!

I’ve been to this location twice and have had nothing but good, fast, and kind interactions with staff and treatment! Thanks to Trish, Britt, Tiffany, and Nicole this is my first go to place! Lovely ladies and lovely environment !
