WellNow Urgent Care

I am so impressed with the care and compassion this staff provided me today. Crystal took great care of me upon arrival and so did Kai. They were handling a medical emergency and so I had a bit of a wait as my illness was non-life threatening. They offered me water and checked in on me while waiting apologizing for my wait time. The customer service was excellent and my provider Gabi took excellent care of me. These women are absolutely crushing it and it was one of the best urgent care experiences I have ever had.

I was shocked how friendly the intake lady, Christine was at checking us in. I was there for my son.

The marketing strangest is phenomenal.. they had free coffee, the good kind, quite the spread for the Keurig and creamer options, a SLUSHY Machine for the kids and a pac man video arcade game.

We were in and out and the friendliness and thoroughness of the Dr Mc Donald was very impressive. Not to mention Lab and x ray services are in house as well.

Well Now , thank you for getting this right and having great staff! This will for sure be my go to when a Dr visit is needed and I cannot get in to my PCP.

Doctor was great! Even though I wasn't expecting much, he gave me a few good options to look into that the hospital and my primary both missed. Nurse had the most gentle touch with the covid test. It was a delight to be treated so well at WellNow!

Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse practitioner were professional and caring. The receptionist was very attentive to the cleanliness of the facility. When entering the exam room I noticed everything had been sanitized as well. I was well informed on my diagnosis and the pros and cons of medication being prescribed. I highly recommend this facility for any non-emergency treatments.

Very nice Urgent Care! Staff has been lovely each and every time. Extremely nice for children as they have a PacMan arcade game, slushies (!!!), snacks and toys! Coffee bar for adults.

Wait time has been 1+ hours each time I went, wished they had an additional provider at any given time. Each time, only one provider was there, so 3 patients ahead of you is an hour wait, easy. I never felt like our care was rushed, but your providers are amazing and deserve to not be stretched so thin.

Still, can’t beat the cleanliness, their wonderful nature with children or the quality care provided. Highly recommend!

This place is utterly amazing! We live almost a half hr away and will purposely pass up 3 other urgent cares and 2 emergency rooms to come here for my wife, kids, or myself. After leaving Cleveland clinic urgent care in amherst angry and told to go to er before the nurse practitioner even looked in wifes mouth so came here.. dr Theo, Nilka, and Julie went above and beyond to help my wife. Oh BTW it was a tooth infection/swelling issue. Even if there wasn't k cups, a slushee machine, and an old school arcade game to occupy kids, this would still be (in my opinion) the best place in the county for anything under the urgent care category. It's so nice to finally have an educated snd CARING healthcare place in lorain again!!!!

My service was quick and sure. My doctor was knowledgeable on the medication recommended. I consulted with my doctor before taking and would HIGHLY recommend that you do so as well. Walk-In Urgent Care was quick, courteous, and professional with me on my visit.

My husband and I were seen at the urgent care on 12-6-23, and had a great experience! Dr. McDonald was so caring and attentive. You don’t find that much anymore. Everyone was wonderful from the front desk to the back. We would definitely recommend this urgent care to everyone!!

I was very happy with my experience at Well Now Urgent Care . Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was so polite and kind. The facility was very clean, I was in and out within an hour, and felt much better within two days because of Dr. McDonald.

I would highly recommend "WellNow" Urgent Care. It was a very pleasant experience from the greeting of the receptionist to exam with the Doctor.
They are extremely professional and efficient.
My visit time was less than 30 minutes.

We came in just minutes before closing time. Upon our entrance we were greeted warmly and attentively. There was never the impression given of annoyance due to our late admission which in return made the visit less stressful. The charge nurse at the desk was understanding and efficient at registering my daughter with the most upbeat attitude. We were back in triage in no time. Yoseph our Doctor or care Nurse was so reassuring and informative. Gentle and kind he displayed an outstanding work ethic and offered an everlasting impression. The staff was very pleasant and professional. A great first impression was made that night. I will continue to entrust their medical opinions and care. Thank you Team!

Receptionist was super helpful and nice. Very clean area. I did not go at a busy time so service was fast and easy. Doctors and nurses were super nice and very informative.

I received exceptional medical care and attention at my appointment . The nurse practitioner and medical assistant were knowledgeable, professional, kind, understanding but most of all they placed the needs of the patient 1st.

The wait was crazy! But the staff made it comfortable for us while we were waiting with snacks and drinks. Honestly should expect a lengthy wait as they have limited staff and offer WALK INS! Also BE NICE TO THE STAFF! Gabby was super helpful in completing my physical and made sure I understood everything that was needed to complete. As well as asking another co worker for her opinion to be sure! I can tell she had a long day, but Gabby remained professional and consistent throughout my visit.

Dr. McDonald and his team were amazing! I arrived during their first break in what seemed a very crazy Saturday. The staff all greeted me warmly and took time to give me excellent care. An emergency situation came up while I was waiting to see the doctor, and I was informed of the delay while they seemed to handle the emergency with ease. I will definitely come back to again to this location!

My wife and I had a pleasant and helpful experience at WellNow. Everyone was very friendly but more importantly knew exactly what to do to get authorization for my veteran care. I had to get speedy treatment and it was Friday so they got me in and out without any problems. Thank you WellNow!

The reception person was very kind and patient, we have an unpopular insurance and she tried every which way to get it to go through. The process was quick and the Dr was friendly. I would highly recommend and we would definitely go back

I was treated very nice by the receptionist upon walking in.I was seen in a very timely manner.The doctor I seen was very kind and very professional and diagnosed quickly.Would definitely go back in the future.

Had to get a drug test here for a job. The lobby was super clean and offered sooo many snacks! They had a coffee machine, snacks, waters and the coolest part…. A slushee machine! The front desk associate was sooo kind, which I personally find rare these days when going to a medical facility. The nurse who helped me with my test was also very nice and made the experience easy! I would def come here next time I’m not feeling well!

It was a very, clean, professional and beautiful lobby and exam area. I had just literally ran out of a different urgent care facility because it was run down and the staff unskilled. Less than a few blocks away was Well now. I was impressed from point 1 until I left
