Martin's Super Markets Pharmacy

Martin’s Pharmacy in Nappanee is great. Prescriptions are filled quickly, they send me a text when my prescriptions are ready and all the pharmacists are helpful. I especially like Don and Sydney. They are very friendly, kind and knowledgeable.

With all the pharmacies closing whenever they want and usually closed on the weekends. Martin's Pharmacy in Nappanee is the most professional and compassionate people I've ever had. They get your prescription filled in great time. ( especially when you need it right away). Don is absolutely the most professional Pharmacist there is.

I have to give Linda Fredericks a 5+ rating at the Martins Pharmacy in Nappanee. My 85 year old mother was in the hospital on Christmas Eve day and was released in the afternoon. We brought her home and dropped off her prescriptions to be filled and were told the pharmacy would close at 4:00 that day. Upon dropping her off my father told me he would go back and pick them up. He was instructed on the closing time. He tucked my mom into bed and decided to sit down for a few minutes before he went into town. He fell sound asleep and didn't wake up until 4:45. He immediately went to the store to find they were closed. The store clerks tried to help but were not allowed to open the pharmacy. They tried contacting the pharmacists several times before they were able to get a hold of Linda Fredericks (one of the pharamists). She was at home in Wakarusa and hearing the story took time out of her Christmas Eve to come back and open up to get my mother her medicine. We had a Christmas miracle because of her. The doctor at the hospital did not want to release my mother but reluctantly decided to do so as long as she took her prescribed medications. Without those we would have had to take her back to the hospital. Thanks to Linda she was able to spend Christmas Eve with her family. Thank you Linda and everyone at Martins that helped. You are all truly a blessing to the Nappanee community!

Nice employees, but the layout of the store is a pain to navigate. You can’t just run in to grab something without having to snake through produce. The checkout lane is also a bit of a pain due to having to relinquish the cart to have staff pull & scan everything. This might be nice for some, but I enjoy my groceries grouped together for bagging (cold with cold & heavy stuff together).

My prescription due at the time was transfered to Martin's to be filled. My normal pharmacy's supplier was having problems and was not getting supplies in on time. So for a one time deal, I let the prescription be filled at Martin's.
