A friend gave me a number for this place as a recommendation. I texted it and got an answer - on a Sunday - in minutes. it was a TECHNICIAN and he wasn't even working and he made sure I had the office number to get on the list to be scheduled. Then followed up the next day to make sure I'd been called.

When they came to the house, they sent texts ahead of time with status, technician, name and picture, provided prompt service, a simple explanation of the work they'd done, and didn't try to upsell anything.

So I signed up on the spot for a maintenance contract with them and look forward to more experiences like this with them.

Outstanding service today provided by David R and Mark P on a mfr safety recall issue. They also found and corrected two other problems related to the builder's original installation. Also, Cindy in the office has been very helpful. We intend to use Freedom Air for our future HVAC needs.

I just want to thank Mr. James, Aaron and the team on making sure my home was all squared away when moving into my new home. Long story short, as we all know when we buy new home we run into a few issues… well my less then 2 year old compressed went and Aaron sent a tec to assess over the weekend and within hours I have a working AC unit. The quick response and quality service is something of a difference to make in the low country. I would highly recommend their services and I will continue to use their great programs.
