River City Cafe

I am doing a keto lifestyle. My brother in law met my wife, and I there for lunch. I found the RC hamburger and asked for that with no bun. I want to just say this about the burger. It was awesome. I highly recommend this burger to everyone. I don't get impressed very much these days. The waitress was awesome as well. She took care of us and was very friendly. I would venture to say this was one of the best burgers I have ever had. You deserve to get a great hamburger. River City is the place to get one.

Great burger! Best I’ve had in and around Myrtle Beach. Our server, Rachel, was a lot of fun and we all had some good laughs. Definitely recommend.

Late afternoon dinner for two. No wait; quickly sat at booth; free peanuts available while you wait. Our server Rachel was over quickly for orders; we got the five onion rings for a warm-up — they were huge! And very good; we both had burgers— there’s at least 15 to choose from — we both enjoyed our burgers and the shoestring type fries. Our server checked on us frequently— we left very full and satisfied! Good stop! We would do this again.

Our first time here and it has become an instant classic. We will definitely revisit River City Cafe at barefoot Landing when we return to Myrtle. We only had a short wait and got the Blooming Onion for an appetizer. For our main burgers I got the Nacho Crunch burger, jalapenos, Doritos chips, spicy mayo, lettuce tomato and pepper jack cheese. Others in my party got the Peanut Butter Bacon burger, the Fried Mac n cheese burger and their California pizza burger. All were extremely good! The atmosphere was fun and friendly as was the service.

Was looking for a good burger place in a Myrtle and stumbled upon River City Cafe. Loved the collection of state license plates they had inside. The free peanuts were also nice to munch on while we waited. Lots of different burger options on the menu. I tried the Kitchen Sink Burger Platter and wow it sure is a masterpiece. For its price, you can’t beat it and it makes for great leftovers

Cool atmosphere. We had paper on the tables that the girls were able to color on. Waitstaff was very considerate and grateful at checking in with us. Our glasses were never empty.
Food was great and came out of the kitchen fast. All apps we got were greasy, but good. The onion rings were the biggest I have ever seen.

We came during a busy lunch rush. Everyone was hustling, and the service never suffered. Fun environment, family friendly.

I didn't care for the Big Island burger personally. It was a very well cooked burger, I just didn't like the teriyaki. That's a matter of personal preference. The bacon is real, crispy bacon. I highly recommend it for any burger you get.

My wife enjoyed the chicken tenders very much, and had plenty to take home.

The prices were as to be expected, and service was definitely above expectations. Tyler C did a great job taking care of us.

Bobby was a amazing! He gave great suggestions I would follow his lead into battle! The mac n cheese burger with bacon is the best thing I've put In my mouth while in North Myrtle Beach! 🤤 fast service great atmosphere love the license plates and graffiti on the walls! Will recommend to anyone in the area!

Great food, great service, and a very cool deck out back to enjoy their wonderful burgers. You'll find mostly burgers and sandwiches here at excellent prices, and we had Amber, who provided very pleasant fast service. We had a nice view to enjoy the Barefoot Queen coming in from the dinner cruise too. The unleaded daiquiri and sweet potato fries are wonderful too!

Food and service was phenomenal!!! Bobby was a great server and waiter!

We love coming here! My fiance loves the peanut butter burger without the banana and I like to switch it up. They never disappoint! Great food and quick service! The waitresses are always friendly and helpful.

Burgers galore! We had a great lunch here and some interesting burgers. They were all cooked well, and I really loved the one I had it felt like a comfort meal definitely eat if I had a couple drinks 🤣
Baja chicken sandwich was very good and the sweet potato chips were perfect.
Definitely get a unique burger when you go, it was so good! Bar looks very cute too with all license plates all over its very dive bar-y and comforting.
Can't wait to come back here!

Every visit to Myrtle Beach, we always eat at River City, doesn’t matter which location. The service has always been good and prices are very affordable. Burgers are yummy and fresh cut fries are really tasty also. Love their breading they use for their chicken tenders. My favorite thing to eat there! I will continue to come back when I’m in Myrtle.

We ate here on girls trip vacation. Was so good we came back a second time before leaving to go home. Food, service, atmosphere, everything was great. Food was very tasty. Loved the fried zucchini app and I have never seem onion rings so big. Loved it. Will be back if visiting Myrtle Beach again.

AMAZING food & awesome service!! I got the fried mac & cheese burger, which was 15/10!! My fiancé got the OMG burger & oh my was he saying OMG when our waitress brought it out!! But he loved it!! We will definitely be back & spread the word about this amazing food joint!

Hands down one of the Best Burgers we have eaten in Myrtle Beach, cool spot with lots of cool decorations. Will definitely be coming back

Me and my husband decided to eat here tonight on our honeymoon. First place we’ve ate since getting to the beach and it was wonderful. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive and our food came out very fast. Burgers were very tasty and onion rings were huge! My drink was mixed well, not too strong just enough. Will definitely come back on future vacations

1st time at River City Cafe... It was Awesome! Love the atmosphere. The staff were friendly and very attentive. The took covid measures and were constantly cleaning and being considerate to everyone. The food... oh my. We had a table of 6 and everyone had something different. The burgers were big, juicy and full of flavor. I got the kitchen sink burger and WOW!!!! It was huge. You can choose from a variety of specialty burgers or make your own. The menu is full of yummy items. Do yourself a favor and go try a burger or chicken sandwich from RCC. You will not be disappointed.

Best burger in Myrtle Beach with the most friendly and helpful staff. We needed to be in and out quick before a show and they made it happen. Very close to the Alabama Theatre.

Always a good meal when you stop in for a burger. Honestly, if you can't decide what to eat, this is a good place to settle on. River City Cafe is always on point with service and food. If you have never been, I suggest you check it out.
