Located in the back of Virginia’s Health store. Great little restaurant with plenty of clean food options. Good choices for those gluten intolerant. They serve beer and wine as well.

Food was excellent and a nice break from some of the fried food we’d been eating on our vacation.

Favorite little nook in town, with the best wrapped wraps you will find, and the freshest and best tasting. This is not average restaurant food supply fare. It is a step above. The most options anywhere for any kind of diet. The entire menu is fantastic and it is hard to settle on a favorite, but I get specials a lot, and do get a lot of Mediterranean wraps, and salads, bc they're exceptional, and oh yeah, their soups are actually my favorite. I think. Drinks are crazy good, too.

Easily my favourite local business. The food is always amazing and I love the people. I come here a lot and they always treat me like family. Everyone is always so kind and amazing. The specials change daily and are always really good. One special was an orange ginger hummus which is quite possibly my favourite thing ever. My favourite regular item is the Caribbean jerk wrap with tempeh. It's soooooo good! They have great food and even better people. What more could you ask for? If you're in the area, definitely stop by.

Great place in the back part of a health food store. Lots of vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, humane choices. Service was great, and time management was well done. I had the chicken salad sandwich, Isreali couscous, and taboulli with green tea. This is a bit of a different type of place for my Dad, but he had the Greek wrap with side salad, and Isreali coucous, and he liked it. I'm really glad we stopped here. Clean and quaint.

Just passing through Mobile at lunchtime and this was one of only a couple vegan friendly restaurants. We definitely picked the right one. Very fast and friendly. Conveniently located in a health food store, had to grab a snack for the road. This Chipotle Black Bean Burrito was awesome. Also fairly priced. Locals are lucky to have this place.

The BEST Caesar salad you’ll ever have. I would buy a gallon of the dressing if I could. I haven’t tried anything else on the menu but my coworkers and I order from here frequently and we all love it

fantastic restaurant Although food is quite expensive, it doesn't get any fresher than this. I occasionally appreciate this indulgence and adore shopping in the grocery store.

Kitchen soundtrack is a definite plus!

The food was so good I forgot to take a photo before scarfing it all down. Located at the back of the store, this hidden gem was packed for lunch time and I can easily see why. Lots of delicious options that can be adjusted to dietary needs including gluten-free. Had the Turkey and apple sandwich on GF bread and it was outstanding. The spinach artichoke dip was super tasty and very good portion size. There was a little more than could fit in one to-go box; my favorite part is the staff wrote “spinach and artichoke dip part 2” on the outside of the box and I giggled when I opened it to see “Electric Boogaloo” written on the inside. It’s the little things, ya know? Will definitely return when I’m back in town!

Super cute café! The food was great and so was the service. It does take a little while to get your food, at least it did when I went, but it was worth it. The food was very health conscious which was nice. Good experience.

Best place in Mobile. Clean and green space with delicious food

Absolutely wonderful. It’s a great stop for vegan and vegetarian food. The iced hibiscus tea is one of the best I’ve had. I also had the English cucumber wrap which was incredible. It’s nice to find a place with real options for vegan and vegetarians that isn’t just avocado toast. The staff was also wonderful.

Worth the trek from West Mobile. I love coming here with my daughter and grabbing a bite. I also pick up a few things from the health food store it's located inside of on my way out. The restaurant is small bu usually clean and quaint. Abby and I love the carrot-apple ginger juice, which is cold pressed upon ordering. My personal favorite is the cranberry apple sandwich with tofurkey. Visit this place and you're sure to leave satisfied👌🏽

Favorite restaurant! I go here every chance I get. I’m vegan, gluten free (always) and organic preferred— this place meets all my requirements! I love it so much!!

Super great food and our waitress, Annie was nice. Plant based meat substitutes along with some real meat offered. A fun spin of different food like the Reuben sandwich and a lot of Mediterranean foods!

Really good food that will leave you feeling good about your decisions. Might I suggest the taco salad with your choice of meat or meat substitute. My spouse had the Reuben that was also delicious. The sauerkraut was the best I’ve ever had.
