Naomi, athelea were very nice and serviceable, and made sure our experience at McDonald’s was the very best. Their charasmatic personalities and big smiles made our days, and they made us some delicious food.

Naomi was very kind and funny. She deserves a 10 billion dollar raise. She made an excellent mcflurry and her service was amazing. Come visit her right freakin now

One of, if not the best I've been to. Come up from Jersey frequently, and I always stop at this McDonald's for the fresh, hot fries and the great service!

Idk why the rating is so low- it’s probably the best McDonald I’ve ever been to. You can tell because happy mcdonald customers usually don’t leave a review, only unhappy ones.

Like dining at Chez Vashon. The food was absolutely exquisite. The beverage selection was top of the world.

Stopped to use restroom and decided to get fries for the ride. Clean place friendly staff and all around pleasant experience

One of the most friendly McDonald's locations I've ever been to. Everyone is really nice and are patient. Only a couple times had I have to deal with mistakes or moody people. I'm a picky person too, so I challenge this every time I'm there! Everyone they hire here is really friendly and try their best to be that way. The place is quite modernized and it's almost always very clean. The lines almost never take a long time!

Every time I come at night time, there is this one manager John, he always has an attitude with all the customers inside the lobby, he never seems cheerful or happy at all. I have worked for McDonald's even more so that particular one and it can be very very stressful and things don't usually go right because you're always understaffed, so I totally get it. I always made sure I was always happy and cheerful to my customers, I made sure they always get there food right and if not I always took care of there orders of they weren't correct and always smiles and always apologized so people if ur miserable 😣 and hate ur job don't take it out on the customers its no there fault.. Always Remember "The Customer Is Always Right" even if u don't think they are right it doesn't matter, ur in the Customer Service Business. Treat people how u wanna be treated. Be Courteous Be Accurate Be patient Be 😁😁😁

Ok so writing a review of a McDonald’s is not something I thought I would ever be doing but we were so impressed by the courteous services. Our meal was brought to our table and a server checked in with us to see if we were enjoying our meal (!). Always enjoy a good McDonald’s fox but this one was particularly delightful. Recommend!

We stopped here at this McDonald's drive thru during our drive through New Hampshire. We had stopped to purchase a little something for our daughter to snack on. The line moved quickly and the staff members were all friendly to us. We had our order ready immediately. We even noticed they had 3 windows, (1 for paying and 2 different pickup windows) which we don't see often elsewhere. Overall a great visit and I would recommend this McDonald's.

I also did not think I'd leave a review on fast food let alone a McDonald's. This place was clean top to bottom, the staff were enthusiastic and helpful. It was a great place to stop and eat at. I guess you could say:

This is one of the nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. You can order from a touch screen and the tables and restaurant are actually clean. The staff even check on you from time to time to ask if you need anything. They seem to be moving away from “fast food”, which is good since my son loves this place.

Friendly staff and food was hot

This place is the only one I've ever been to that is always super fast no matter how busy (or time of day), order is completely accurate and employees are very helpful/friendly.

Daily coffee stop, the crew is awesome.

Used the app to order and did curbside pickup. Minimal human contact. Well run location; staff are always polite and professional.

The food was delicious. Had a double cheeseburger meal with a large coffee. Fries was hot and fresh and the hamburger was not a piece of cardboard. Awesome

I want to thank the manager (Tammy) of the Newport McDonalds. She went out of her way to help me, with my autistic Son to find a particular happy Meal Toy he has been searching. She was not able to find it today, but asked for my phone number and email address so that if and when she did find it she would contact me. Thank You Tammy

Came here and the lobby was closed, pretty normal now unfortunately, but since I have a big truck that can't go through the drive thru, they took my order inside, fantastic customer service
