Sweet Spot

Perfect name for a perfect place. I LOVE excellent food from an excellent small business owner. The place is a unique old repurposed building which I love....but not more than the cheesecake!!! lol. I've ordered several pumpkin cheesecake for Thanksgiving and love the chocolate...yummmm! The lunches are great too! Some quality gift items that are a nice touch. This is a hidden gem. Don't miss it!!!!

Delicious food at reasonable prices! If your ever in the area I HIGHLY recommend this place, I had the cranberry mandarin chicken wrap and it was out of this world. Hubby had the chicken ceasar wrap and enjoyed his too. And let's not forget the french fries..do not skip these, they were awesome

My wife and I stopped in the morning of July 5 to purchase some muffins and whatever other breakfast pastries we could find to bring back to our family's lake house. We are out-of-towners and have never heard of Sweet Spot, let alone visited there before; we stopped there on a whim and I'm glad we did.

Anyways, Darlene (sorry if it's spelled wrong, but she's the owner) gave us the grand tour including a neat history of the place, made us feel totally welcomed, and we walked out with some incredible goodies and smiles on our faces.

The pride she has was palpable, the friendly atmosphere was undeniable, the food was excellent, and we will be returning for more on future visits.

The food is delicious. The building is really neat. The owner and staff are wonderful and so friendly. They know most of their customers by name. And the baked goods are a must try.

YUMMMMM a gem of Erie! I dropped in here to look around and came back for lunch and some road snacks!
The turkey club is SO tasty and the sweet pot fry with cinnamon dipping sauce are honestly the best I've tried.
Also the Lemon Blueberry muffin, carrot muffin, snickerdooble and molasses cookies are some of the meat homemade baking I've tried. I wish I had taken more for the road! My 2 muffins from this morning unfortunately won't make it to breakfast tomorrow.
The owner is a super sweet woman who genuinely just loves her shop..we chat everytime I stopped in and my final visit she said her shop isnt "some huge money maker..that's not why we do this..we call this 'acts of love'"
I'd pick this spot over Panera or any chain any day <3

I have yet to find something I don't like on the menu. The tuna melt on multigrain with black eyed pea salad is my favorite! If you haven't tried them yet, you most definitely should! One word.... snickerdoodle.

Wonderful folks with wonderful food..and interesting gifts..some hand made by the owner’s mother! Absolutely spotless! Fabulous cookies, muffins, and sandwiches!! Truly a gem..a diamond to be sure!!

it was great but we were actually at the mayville diner lol. had a great steak n eggs and the service was awesome.
