Staff was friendly, food looked and tasted great. The fries were crisp, and very good. This was really nice, because right when I stopped I was having one of those days. Thanks, guys!

Very fast service, worker who took order got it right and was helpful. Clean restrooms and clean dining area. Recently renovated.

My wife and I popped by this Wendy's a few weeks back. I had placed an online order to be picked up inside and there was a problem with the restaurant receiving the order. Upon finding out that there was a problem the crew behind the counter got to work on our order and in no time at all we received our order and we're on our way. I must commend all the workers there for correcting the problems so quickly with no complaints or difficulties and all around we had a great experience even though we had a small problem. Great job all around

I rarely go to fast food restaurants. If I do, I am the type to walk out if it's dirty & below 94.0 inspection grade. This location was at 98.0 at the time... amazing! Very clean & tidy. The whole staff was hands on & on point. Thank you for your work!

Everytime I go to this Wendy's, there is the nicest guy that works the drive thru window. To me he makes the experience of coming through the drive thru worth it at the end. To see the smile that he gives and to make sure my order is accurate is more to me than anything because that means my family will be happy when I return with their food.
The food is ALWAYS fresh and hot when I receive it and by the time I get it home. Family enjoys a night of Wendy's and I enjoy a cook free evening. THANKS bunches, Wendy's.😘

I don't know who manages this location, but it has the best customer service of them all. They take the order and many times they are ready to hand it out the window as soon as payment is received. Fast food! The food taste good and I'm all set to keep moving..

It took 30 minutes after we ordered our drinks, the drinks were super weak.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here on 6/18/2023. After sitting in awful traffic for 45 minutes, we went through the drive through to get a quick jr. bacon cheeseburger for each of us before getting back on the road. We had the most wonderful experience with the cashier. She took time to ask about our days, give us some encouraging words, and was genuinely kind. We both were so thankful for that moment of relief and cannot express how much peace it brought out for both of us.

This trip was disappointing. The dining area was closed. Not enough employees. I had to use the drive-thru. And it was so slow.
I got a salad with grilled chicken. It was ok but smaller than usual. They have down sized the salads. Plus the price is higher. I mean for what you get, no it’s not worth it.

Great Wendy's to stop at and grab lunch. I always have a great experience when I go here. Food is consistently fresh and made correctly. The burgers here are always soooooo good & served hot and juicy. Clean restaurant with clean bathrooms. Friendly employee's. I definitely recommend this place to anybody.

Best Wendy's in alamance! Dining room is like the old Wendy's used to be. Nice clean kept up! Just hope they don't remodel it. Fast service most of the time!!

Came to this location on 1/4/2022 and the employee (I think her name was Toby) was absolutely amazing, and very kind!!! Her customer service was outstanding!!! I’m normally not a fan of Wendy’s..but she made my experience GREAT! Keep up the good work!

This Wendy's was the best one I've ever been to. Alicia is a fantastic associate. Brought our food to us, checked on us, followed up when we were done. Didn't feel like we were in a fast food restaurant.

Great food, nice and hot and fresh.
Was working in the area, and ate there twice.
Both times the fries were hot and crispy
