Got here at lunch rush. Ordered from the touch screens inside. Food was ready in approximately five minutes. The food was hot and fresh. The sweet tea was great as well.

I went there after work and the cashier who was running the drive thru was very nice and all together my experience was amazing

A good place for a quick bite to eat whether going in or through the drive-thru highly recommended

Not a fan and I think thy get ur code and know who u r and take there time and have u pull up and wait or do something to ur food...most of the employee are ext rude

Best McDonald's around. Everything is super fresh. The plain cheeseburgers actually come plain, not even one onion piece!

This is one of the better locations. I've been to a lot of locations that always have something that makes your experience less than enjoyable, but this location isn't like that. They even have a working ice cream machine!

Great service ,friendly staff, and great food . My only complaint if you could call it that is when they close different times one day they close at 7-8pm an the next day they would be closed at 6pm or 7pm you never really know what time they close but I’m told it’s due to being short staffed and I do understand that.

I'm not much of a fan of McDonald's and typically don't eat there. That being said, I decided to stop in one morning on my way to work to grab some coffee and breakfast because I was in a rush. The service at this location is great! They're fast, polite, and ensure that the order is correct before they hand it to you. I was very impressed and will have to stop in again another morning!

Patti is one manager there with common sense about her. Thanks, Patti, for all you do. Your one of the best there, who works hard to make it through the day and just wants to go home at the end of the long, hard day. Unfortunately, you don't have much support from some of your employees. But customers do recognize how outstanding you are. A corporate restaurant would certainly recognize your abilities as well. Thank you for all that you do! I hope that you and several other people see this!

I have been to alot of McDonald's in my life time but honestly who hasn't. In my area McDonald's is know for being so slow, having cold and nasty food. The absolute worst customer service because they can get away with it. At the end of the day they know people will come and buy their food. But this McDonald's was amazing. Came through with a 40 dollars order and was treated great and didn't have to get pulled up and wait for my order

Another good experience at the Bethel Mickey Dee's... Let's set the scene : homecoming night in a small town, hustle and bustle, nobody wants to cook dinner ... so what does Mom do? The same thing every other family in Bethel does... Drives through a fast food place to feed the fam (let's not get into the debate on what we should or shouldn't be feeding our kids or what counts as "food")
So, for us, that looks like 6 (yes, SIX) Happy Meals - I only have 4 kids, but don't judge the adults for wanting a Happy Meal, too! ...a couple Burgers, and a pair of Oreo McFlurries as a special treat for the older kids. This event last night was SEAMLESS. From the speaker to getting our food was FAST! I don't know the minutes exactly, but the thought never crossed my mind that we had been waiting too long. The food was all prepared and ready to be handed out at the second window when we got to it! I was thrilled to get through so quickly and get home.
Thanks again, Bethel McDonald's Staff! I know nights like homecoming are tough, but you all rocked it!

Fast in the drive through. Also smiles all the way through. Food was hot & freshly made.
