Such a cute and cozy place. Really well priced for an afternoon tea considering what you get. I'd recommend getting the whole tea pot instead of individual cups of tea that were defaulted when we ordered. The Earl Grey was elegantly floral with hints of malt, but the white coconut cream tea was a bit bland and lacked in complexity. The delicious food definitely made up for it with all the savory bites (4 choices). Took a couple stars off for service since some of the plates and utensils had brown marks. Food was dropped off without indicating what anything was and at the corner of the table. Generally not a big deal, but every other afternoon tea I've been to would do so.

Great brunch spot for groups! Such a cute and aesthetic interior. The food is alright, nothing special and slightly overpriced. The toast/waffles is only one piece for $13-15. Good coffee options! Definitely not the place for a cheap meal.

This is a great brunch spot! We ordered a vanilla bean latte (though I could not taste the vanilla), drop coffee, banana cream waffles, plain bagel, tomato cheese basil sandwich, and fig jam ricotta toast.

Everything tasted amazing! The banana cream waffles were especially great. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick breakfast or catch up. It is crowded for most times and finding a place to sit may get difficult.

The toast and waffle samplers are a must get. The flavors are all unique and delicious. I never would have imagined smoked salmon with ricotta on a waffle would be good, but it was fantastic. The quality of the sourdough with the toast was also top notch.

The drinks were also excellent, and the tapioca pearls perfectly cooked.

If you have to wait in a long line, don't fret – it's worth it.

so they serve Verve the coffee is great in its own right and they do it justice. It's all I got so can't speak on food. But the service my God was amazing!! Start to finish!! I told her I I like my coffee and she educated me on getting something different and ny God it was perfect.
Everyone was nice the place is cute. I'll come back to try food as well. So far. Really happy.
Was in area for car shop and had to wait so was just hanging around.

A lovely cafe with beautiful ambiance and great food. We got their tomato plus cheese toast, rose plus strawberry waffle, rose latte and Vanilla latte. All tasted incredible. Really liked their rose jam. Will definitely be re-visiting this place! They could work on their portion sizes.

Newly discovered gem! We ordered a toast sample, we get to try 4 different options with ~$20. The store offers standard toast options - avocado salmons etc.. but it also has very special ones such as curry chicken and seasonal peach and ricotta. Highly recommend!

Lovely brunch spot with good coffee and lots of sweet and savory choices. Portions and prices are reasonable, and because it's counter style, service is very fast. There are lots of tables so even though it's very popular on weekends, it's possible to get a table easily.

The food here is absolutely delicious, but a little pricey for the amount that I got. I had the afternoon tea tower, which was a nice triple decker platter with 6 mini sweets, a scone with jam, and a toast sampler. The cafe itself, however, was very well furnished and made me feel very cozy and at home. The service was a little slow, but it was to be expected since the line was pretty long.

Busy restaurant. Ordered the salmon with bagel and salad. Food was very good especially the smoked salmon. The hard boiled egg was excellent. The dining area was pretty crowded and you cannot grab seats until you order your food and get your number placard. I eat here again, they have lots of other delicious dishes like waffle samplers and toast samplers.

Ordered sea salt caramel latte with oat milk, vanilla bean latte with oat milk, rainbow waffle, and a toast sampler with berries and Nutella, banana with peanut butter, avocado and egg, and curry chicken salad.
Each one of the toast was delicious in their own way. The toast had a great crust but the bread itself was soft and pillowy but enough to hold onto the toppings without feeling soggy.
Waffle comes with 3 pieces, a mound of whipped cream topped with fruity pebbles and fresh strawberries. Delicious, well made, but not all that surprising.
There were so many things we wanted to try because they all sounded yummy. Well definitely go back to try something new.

Coffee and a light breakfast of toast and waffles for two at $40+ seems a little high priced. The food quality is undeniably high. The atmosphere light and airy. Everything so delicious I quickly forgot what I paid!

What a beautiful place for morning coffee and excellent food. The restaurant is set up so that you pay at the cash beforehand and then you seat yourself and wait for your food. The food was so quick, and so beautifully plated. I will be coming back with friends very soon! This is definitely a little gem in Burlingame!

Went for brunch with a couple of girlfriends, and it was great! We got there around 10:30 or 11am, and the line was low, and seating was plenty. The food was terrific! I got the rainbow waffles, and it was so delicious! Will definitely be back!

The waffles and toast were amazing! Got the waffle sampler and was able to try 4 different kinds and we got the salmon toast. Overall really great food and great restaurant, line was out the door. 100% recommend if you’re wanting a decent brunch.

Love the experience and the food is delicious definitely worth the waiting-line specially if you go on Sunday’s . My favorite was the avocado 🥑toast. And prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants.

What a great addition to the Burlingame area. It’s nice to have great places not on Burlingame ave especially for us locals.

Those familiar with the San Carlos location already know the drill but for those of us that are new this is a fantastic brunch establishment.

Pros: food we had was amazing. Tried to cream mushroom and egg toast. Nice portions and really tasty. Same great reviews of the avocado toast. The wait once you order isn’t too bad. The staff is super super nice and the vibe of the whole place is excellent. If instagramable brunch spot is a thing this is definitely it.

Cons: this place is hyped up right now so expect a decent line during any prime times. They just opened up so a lot of their fans from San Carlos and new Burlingame fans checking them out. There is a decent amount of seating but it’s a small space and outside can get full too. As long as you are prepared for a wait it is worth it.

This is peninsula brunching at its best. Less crowded stuffy than crepevine down the street. Def would suggest you check it out. Great place to bring a date, your friends or your dog! Great mix of people every time I’ve past by. Hoping it stays for a long time and becomes a new staple in the Burlingame area

Mints & Honey was a great space for relaxing afternoon tea with friends. The MH Tea Tower (Waffle Sampler) was amazing and paired with their earl grey tea.
I was here during the weekdays, and parking was easy to find.
