Dana has helped me every single time.
She goes way above and beyond with her excellent customer and technical skills. There are many TMobile stores that you can choose in this area, but it's definitely worth the drive. Romeo and Mario are extremely helpful too. Everyone in that place treats customers with tremendous care.

Went in here to purchase a new phone after walking out of another location that insisted they couldn't do anything for me. Romeo was great and had me set up with my new phone within 15 minutes of walking in. Refreshing to work with someone who is competent and understands their job. Would definitely drive the extra distance to go back to them in the future

This place is awesome. George took care of switching my Apple ID quickly and efficiently. The guys are friendly helpful and respectful of my non technical state. Thanks for being the best. 10 to this facility

I visited the store a few times and every time I had a wonderful experience. Selena & Robb assisted me while I was there. They both took their time reviewing my account and made sure I got all the best promotions possible. I traded in my iPhone XR and received $800 off my iPhone 13 pro Max and received an amazing deal on an Apple Watch ! They also transferred all my information over to my new phone and made the waiting time pleasant. Robb was super outgoing and Selena was really kind, both made it a comfortable atmosphere. These two are not like other sales reps who try to push you to buy everything, they really listened to my needs and made everything possible. I left the store well informed about my new magenta MAX plan and with all my questions answered. I’ll be recommending this store to everyone they are awesome!!

Sarah is the best! She got my family and I all brand new iPhone 7's and she was able to lower my bill! She went out of her way to call me and let me know about all the awesome promotions that I was eligible for! She gave us great discounts on accessories as well! Andy was also very helpful when it came to getting my sons games transferred! This is defiantly an amazing location! I recommend everyone to come here and you will not be sorry! They go above and beyond to keep their customers happy! It was a great experience. Can't wait to go back in a year and upgrade!

Recently I stop Sal K. Store ( he is the manager) . His service was/ is extremely great. Very patient, educational and helping way of customer service. I am so impressed his & his teams work and definitely send my friends in to his store. He's a real asset for Sprint . Also I need to add one more thing. My second visit, Chris H. helped me. His attitude , patience & help was amazing. This store going to be the 1st in Michigan ( sprint store) Thanks.

Janalle was awesome!!! She was very pleasant and very helpful when I had problems with my phone and account. I will be recommending friends and family to come and see her. In fact, my mom already has!!! I have been to other Sprint stores and was not treated this nice! I will definitely be back!!!

My family and I went into sprint to update our phones, what we did not expect was to lower our bill in half. Our bill was around 420 however it was lowered to 228. Sal at sprint helped us find the best deal for my family. He also helped us set up 5 phones and an iPad. He was not only helpful, but he was also respectful and very nice to work with. He is very knowledgeable, and if you need help with your phones I highly recommend talking to Sal.

Sal and Chris at sprint are some of the most helpful people ever. They found the best deal for us. While I was changing my plan, both Sal and Chris went out of their way to help myself and family. They answered all of my questions in depth and helped be through setting up my new device. Great guys and great service.

We were refereed by a friend to go see Janelle and Maddox to see if we wanted to stay with t-mobile or switch to a different cellphone provider. They made sure we got every promotion they had including the $400 from our credit union (which we got thank you) They worked very well with the budget I have. Your employees at this location are very knowledgeable. I was so happy to finally leave t-mobile. So far just an overall amazing experience with Janelle and Maddox at the 26 mile store. Above and beyond other cellphone stores I have called or visited. Thank you for making this switch simple and easy!!!

I stopped in on Saturday because I was having a lot of issues on my device, unfortunately there systems were all down and they couldn't give me much information. In the meantime the employees there were really friendly and showed me some new phones in case I decided to get a new one and taught me some new things. I stopped in again on Monday (system was back up) to get more options on my phone. Janalle got me a better phone with a tablet and cheaper bill. They were all very funny, and also gave me water and offered me a snack while I was waiting for my information to transfer over. I was happy with the way they treated me and plus i got great deals!

My sister and niece and I were at this store and Sal and Justin were the best salespeople I have ever dealt with. They helped us find the best solutions for our phones and saving us money ! They were the nicest guys and we will always come back to this store for our sprint needs ! We even had fun ! They made our day! Thank you!

Cannot say enough great things about this location. We had the pleasure of working with Justin who took hours upon hours and days to help us get the best deal we could to avoid switching carriers. He was very proactive and patient. We will definitely be recommending him and this location to everyone we can as he truly went above and beyond for us and we can’t thank him enough.

I am extremely happy with the service and professional staff at the 26 Mile Road Sprint store. I had a phone that was new but caused me major problems. Janalle helped me with every step of the process by getting me a better phone plan to helping me get the billing issues resolved. No matter how long it took she took care of my issues. Everyone at this location is so positive and kind when ever I come in with an issue. Marvin P. is an amazing employee at this location in Shelby. He takes such good care of my family when we have any problems with our phones or our bill. Marvin always goes the extra mile when it comes to helping people get a good deal. I have had the pleasure of working with Sal for the past 6 years. He is truly wonderful! He treats his customers like family and goes above and beyond for them! The guys here were super helpful! I was delaying getting a new phone only because I am a busy person and was dreading being at a sprint store forever; however, this was not the case. I couldn't believe how fast they got everything going. I was in and out within a half hour with a brand new Iphone XR! I would highly recommend going to this Sprint store. They had a ton of phones in stock in all colors! (Which was cool because I got a blue phone.. so cute!) I told my whole family about how fast and easy everything was and now this will be the Sprint store we all go to for all of our phone needs!

The professionalism of the manager Shaun Armstrong made my shopping experience so much better than the other stores ! The other stores I go to never felt like the person working there was on my side but Shaun did thx for the great phone and watch I love my new devices
