T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I visited the Dacula T-Mobile store a couple of hours ago and the two gentlemen who were working at that time, were very professional and courteous. The place was very clean, smelled fresh and quite inviting. I enjoyed the fact that, the two Representatives really paid attention to what my needs were and offered a solution to my wireless need. These young fellows were exceptional. I without a doubt, strongly recommend this particular T-Mobile store to anyone, looking to change their providers etcetera.

Great experience ! Jacob is the man you want to talk to ( I'm sure other associates are as great but my only experience was with Jacob). Super nice, professional, and patient. Knows his stuff very well.

Every time I visit this location the experience is very pleasant! The team is very knowledgeable and friendly. The store manager Luearie has a great spirit. This should be anyone's go to location for cellular needs.

The manager at this store worked a miracle for me! I was trying to port my cell from a corporate AT&T account to T-mobile and had logged 22 hrs with 11 AT&T representatives who sent me into AT&T stores 3 times, escalated to my corporate team who had worked with AT&T account management and had no luck. AT&T told me there was no way to go directly to T-Mobile, that I had to open a personal AT&T account first and even doing that they weren’t successful. My corporation gave me their account and PIN number to see if T-Mobile could figure it out and she did- in SECONDS. SO glad I’m not with AT&T!!!!!

Rae-Simone and Jacob were unbelievable. We had a negative experience at the T-Mobile location in commerce, Ga the night before visiting the Dacula, Ga location, and man did Rae-Simone and Jacob shine. They couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and helpful during the process. If I ever have an issue or need to upgrade again, I’ll drive the hour to their location to have them handle it. 5 stars all the way.

Que was sooooooo helpful at this TMobile location. We went to get my mom a new phone and while we waited for the number to transfer he conversed with her the entire time, with a smile. So thankful to have met this young man. Will definitely go to this location for all my TMobile needs.

Visited this T-Mobile location because I was having issues with my phone and service. I was greeted when I walked in. I just want to say that Rae was a lifesaver. She helped me sort out my phone/data issue and my bill. She was super helpful and patient. I will definitely go back to see her as needed!

In what started as a disaster with T-Mobile chat telling us one thing and the store another; Rae was a blessing to help turn the experience around for us. She helped us through every step with patience, positivity, and knowledge even though I was very frustrated. I highly recommend going into the store to do business (instead of the chat option for sure) where they are honest and very helpful. Not only was Rae a big help but Ricky helped us and was great as well! Thank you Rae and Ricky for putting your customer first and providing first class customer service. You are a great asset to Dacula T-mobile!

Courteous straight forward workers is why I always visit this location. They give a warm greeting and take care of your cellular needs. Very knowledgeable about pricing and promotions and will get you a good deal!

I have been a Sprint customer for nearly 20 years and unfortunately I can’t remember having many pleasant experiences...until today. I visited the Sprint store located at 2515 Fence Rd, Ste 100, Dacula, GA 30019 for assistance removing a SIM card from my phone and left with so much more! Fred and Randall were professional, present and helpful; so much so, they answered questions I didn’t even know I had. Often times customers go through great lengths to complain; I think it’s equally as important we compliment with that same spirit. Because of the wonderful service I received today, this is now my go-to Sprint store- great job gentlemen!

Jonathan is quite possibly the best salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of coming in contact with. I came in the store just to browse and ended up switching from AT&T to sprint that day. He was so awesome to work with and talk too. He really made me feel like an important customer. If I could give the dude 12 stars I would.

All TMobile representatives were knowledgeable, efficient and willing to help. Rae took the time to make sure we understood what we were getting and all the options we had available. Definitely our go to store.

Rae and Lu are amazing. I used to go to the TMobile across the street but they were never able to help me. I have been to the Fence Rd location twice now and both times they did an amazing job!

The guys in this store are by far the best at customer service and hospitality! Always know how to find a killer deal and make sure you’re not overpaying! Fred the manager and Randal helped me not only get my iPhone upgraded but got me a deal on an iPad for work. I will never go to any other sprint store or cell phone provider ever! Y’all give these guys a shout when you need something!

Visited this location due to my phone acting unusual. I decided to upgrade to a new device and the great thing was the store manager, Luearie, was able to retrieve photos of my father that I didn't have when I upgraded once before. Very good experience at this location

Painless switch from Consumer Cellular to Tmobile. Luearie and Rae took sure good care of my wife and me. Will continue to visit this store for all my cellular needs.

Today I visited sprint store in Duckula Georgia with all intentions of leaving Sprint. Reason being the last four years I have had so many billing issues and I’ve been overcharge hundreds of dollars and no one seem to have the patience to work with me to find out what the problem was. So out of frustration and then going through with my daughter who has cancer and fun to be really tight I had talk with another provider and they were going to give me a great deal for all three phones. I’ve been with sprint for almost 20 years and seem to still that was not enough to be able to get good customer service in helping to deal with my situation. The manager Fred Lawson and the retail consultant Kevin Nolasco patiently pulled up my bills went through them thoroughly and found what I had been charge majorly over the years taxes unfairly. Mr. Nolasco got on the phone with Sprint customer service under the directions of Mr. Lawson and between the four of us we came to some resolutions that were fair. I am so glad that I was able to talk with them today to get some resolution and possibly stay with Sprint . They’re genuine care and concern and patience was par none. I am so appreciative and hopefully the discounts that were given and the escalation that was given to the customer service agent will work out my favor and go in for service will be good. Again I like to thank the two agents that help me they were really superior in their service.
