Tobacco King and Vape

Let's see, what can I say. This was my first time in the Tobacco King in Waldorf, but definitely won't be my last. My salesperson was awesome, he took his time with me and another Patron that really wasn't that well-off. But he still treated her with the utmost respect. Something you don't see these days. Anyway, let me get to the point I went in the store originally just for some papers. Then I was absolutely amazed with their selection. Hands down the absolute best selection around! They even have a lot of high-end vaporizers. I asked the gentleman if he had anything in my price range and he suggested the RUVA. He said it compare to the pax which I've used in the past. At $130, I didn't see how it could come close. But, I decided to try anyway. Got to the car, and like a little kid with presents on Christmas morning I couldn't wait to open it. Long story short it worked so well, I had to go back in and shake his hand again. If you're in the area even if you're really not in the area this is the place to stop by

I absolutely love this place. All the clerks are a total blessing they always greet you when you walk in and if you are regular customers they know exactly what you want I would highly recommend tobacco shop for any of your smoking needs . They have great customer service

Great place, Dylan has been great. He helped me with upgrading from my stick prince to a voopoo drag mini. He was very patient and was able to work a deal out. The staff here is great and would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

What can I say, excellent customer service , great prices , & extremely knowledgeable employees. Sammy is one of the best at what he does and will never steer you wrong. Hooked me up with an excellent set up that I've been wanting for a while . Told them what I needed they made it happen !!! Can't complain

I know kno thing about smoking. I went in to buy a gift for my brother who does. The guy working there gave me info on everything, made recommendations, and took his time helping me. They also offer discounts and some items are free with other purchases. Went home and found out the vaporizer I bought was actually a very good price- elsewhere it was $59.99, they sold it for $50. No complaints here.

First, I called the store talked with a Johnathan.Very nice fellow on phone and answered my questions. Today I decided to go to store. Wow, once I mentioned what I was looking for Johnathan said, yes and remembered me from phone conversation. Wonderful fellow took time with me and demonstrated how to use the vape I purchased. Never got annoyed,very pleasant. There also was another fellow Alex, working in the also very pleasant ,greeted me. I left out very happy with my purchase. I wish all store workers could be like them. Thank you Jonathan 😊

Mike was freaking Awesome!! He took his time and showed me what vape was the best to my liking. He was very kind and proactive.. He knew what I wanted and able to send me home happy!!’ Thanks Mike see you in a few weeks !!!

Have been shopping here for months now with my husband but tonight we have been serviced by Moe and he is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable about hookah and the products you sell. I appreciate the honesty and the amazing service. Simply: thank you and we will continue to shop here.

The owners were very helpful and by far this is one of the best customer service experiences I have had in Waldorf to date! So many different things in the store for everyone. They turn the most clueless buyer into an expert before leaving the store. Go check them out! You will not be disappointed.

Shawn knows how to take care of his customers. He remembered me and greeted me quickly and with a smile. Then he worked with me to find the perfect products and you know people just dont give good service these days. This guy earned me as a customer and tobacco kings will be my new go to spot with Shawn to thank

Awesome staff! They were super helpful, willing to answer the million questions I had, and did not pressure me into buying more expensive products in order to respect my budget. I would return.

1st thing 1st im never satisfied bc im a perfectionist.I came from DC bc I couldn't find what I wanted and when I stopped at this spot looking for something special I found it. The cute manager with black hair helped me find everything and the service was FIVE STAR. Glad to find good business even if I have to drive to waldorf.

I went to this store today and Ali waited on me. He is the absolute best. His knowledge and personality is above all. Oh Ladies he's fine as you know what too. Lol
But I believe he's married.

Super knowledgeable, always friendly and they have an incredible selection. I buy my shisha exclusively from them and it's always a good experience. Honestly I've never gone to any of the others because these guys were great from day one

Is the best when it comes to customer service. She is knowledgeable, friendly and she goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. If you plan on visiting, be sure to ask for Jessica. You won't be disappointed in the service and I rarely co-sign anyybody's work.

Pretty much the best and ONLY place in Waldorf, that you can go and actually have a full conversation with the people that work there. I have visited almost every tobacco shop in Waldorf. Not one other store knows what they are talking about when it comes to "tobacco"-related items. OR they have a problem speaking English, which I sometimes have a hard time understanding other accents. That is all I am saying about that. The only thing I can ask of the people that work and/or own Tobacco King, is to get more hatpins, more name brand items like NoGoo, Diamond Grind, 420 Science Jars, etc. Other than that, I do not have one single complaint. They deserve the 5-star reviews, because they live up to the standards of what all tobacco shops SHOULD be like. Great selection. Great prices. Great staff. Knowledgeable too. Very knowledgeable.

Great store accompanied with great service. I’ve been going to this shop for years and the staff here never disappoints! If you’re ever in here, ask for Sam or Alex, they’ll always take care of you!

These guys are awesome! Their customer service impeccable, competitive pricing and very overall very knowledgeable. They even open early and close late for those who have hectic schedules. From now on, Tobacco King is the place for me!!
