Most helpful employee ever! I had no clue on which products to buy for my niece, who has very sensitive skin. One of the managers, Chloe i believe (the blonde girl), went above and beyond to help out someone so clueless as myself lol! Thank you for your assistance with this, my niece was thrilled with the selections you recommended😀 Definitely be telling friends and family about my experience!

I love this ulta!!! I needed something and they were helpful with finding what I needed and the stuff they recommended worked perfectly!!! Checkup was the best the cashier was so sweet and just awesome!!!!

This location has some of most helpful sales associates. The store is normally well stocked and clean.

Very helpful staff and Aliina at the brow bar is amazing with brow waxing and tinting . Their new stylist Donneisha also does a fantastic job with color, haircuts, and styles!

I take my daughter go here to get her eyebrows done. She's excellent and very nice. All the other employees are very nice as well. Great atmosphere here and I suggest everyone to come to this Ulta Beauty for all your needs.

I had an amazing experience here today. I unfortunately forgot to ask the name of the associate who helped me. They greeted me at the door and found out I was looking for a foundation. They asked me a handful of questions about what I was looking for, and led me to the KVD Good Apple Serum Foundation. They let me try one two different shades and gave me guidance on how to blend it. It didn’t feel like this person was trying to sell me something. It felt like I was talking to a friend who just wanted to gab about their favorite new foundation. The whole experience was easy, and very fun. Shoutout to this associate because they made my experience awesome.

Had a brow tint & wax appt. It's my 3rd time. I love it! She does a great job!

This store has everything you need for make up or hair. The employees are very nice.

This place is made amazing by Gypsy. Yes, Gypsy! Gypsy is an exceptional manager and a great asset to Ulta. Friendly, professional, helpful, caring, and educated. Gypsy goes above and beyond. After a horrible experience with the management at Roseville, I switched over to Warren. Gypsy is always in a great mood and always helpful to customers, which is what really counts! I've been a long time customer. I've been to several locations. Gypsy is the best, by far! You've got a true gem with Gypsy. Ulta, never let this one go! This is a good one, a keeper! Please, do something about the wretched manager at Rossville! The younger blonde ( manager) is God awful! She's got a terrible attitude and horrendous personality! You guys need to can her, ASAP!

Ultra is one of my fav. This store has many selections of makeup. The service is hospitable. I personally like to get my personal size designer perfume bottle. Also, you can get your makeup done on site. The store is clean and bright. I recommend this store.

I come to ulta often, and I can say that I’ve never truly been helped like I did before, today. Tunesha was amazing and soooo informative. I haven’t really worn makeup in a long time and I needed a new base routine. We came up with a perfect base routine. She’s the bomb!!!!!!

So I went in to the store yesterday, 5/19/23, and the Beautiful Tanisha helped me find the perfect foundation. I've been searching for one for the last month, and it's been very hard to find, considering my skin type and Rosacea. When I tell you, this woman helped me so much, I'm not kidding!! She helped me for about an hour, and did not give up until we found it. I'm so grateful to her for working so hard to help me. When I left, I wanted to give her a tip, but I wasn't sure if that's allowed. Please go see her soon. Again, her name is Tanisha and she's one of their Clinique specialists. Great variety of different things for your skin and body

I've never been properly tested for foundation until today! One of the employees, Rasia was super helpful! In fact, she was the best. No matter how many times we bothered her, she was always happy, smiling, and ready to help! She knows her way around the store and beauty itself. She gave us tips, found us what we wanted, and something to compensate for the products that were out of stock. Great experience and product at the store! If you want her to stay, give Rasia a raise! Definitely a keeper! Go on Wednesdays 👀

the ladies who were on shift 6/18/22 were absolutely amazing, they were so helpful and took their time showing me different products that i was interested in, this was the best customer service i’ve ever received. these beautiful ladies are ceo material. loved the greeters eyeshadow makeup too, she gave goddess energy.

The girls are that work there are always so helpful and sweet. They always seem very knowledgeable about their products. The set up of the higher end products on one side and the less expensive products on the other is very smart as well. Chloe is my favorite.
