The people there are really nice and very helpful. I got everything I wanted and they were really great about helping me get my payments set up right. The only thing I have an issue with is their location they need to be moved closer to the center of town. They are probably located in the least traveled end of town. It was hard to find exactly were they were located.

I have never had any issues. I have always had great service and support. If i had a problem with an appliance they were quick to try and fix it or i would trade it and get something different. They are very friendly and professional.

Experience was magnificent, and very polite. I would highly recommend it to everyone. For a few dollars you get care package that repair anything if something goes wrong with it. 5 star recommendation.

It was A Short Word for Finnominal, I had just Finally Found A PS5 & iF your A Sony Playstation Gamer you know how Hard it is to Find A PlayStation 5! It was A Great Experience meeting A New Employee there! I forget her Name tho, but she was wearing A Cowboy Hat & enterducing me to The PS5 as I LoOk in The Corner oF my EyE & Found The PS5 at Rent One on The Restock Shelf! I never asked iF she was A Gamer tho, but her Employees were, one had A PS5 & The other had an Xbox Box Series, but how they Managed to Find an Xbox Series & PS5 & those Consoles are very Rare & Hard to Find these Days! There Basically Extincted nowadays, but The other Employees they were Great too & were Xbox Series & PS5 Gamers! All in all A Great Experience at Rent One!

I have dealt with this company often in the past and trust them to do right by me. They did not have a lift chair in stock and had to order one which turned into a bit of an ordeal. Usually they have products in socks which makes things go smoother but I will continue business with Rent One as they continue to work with me.

The store has great customer service, and the prices are just what I was in the market for! Rent One is very affordable, and the Rent to Own or Leasing option was great for me since I didn't plan to need an appliance in my budget this month.

Chris was really helpful in helping me select a stove and washer/dryer set. I am happy to be doing business with someone like him.

I have been a customer at rent one in Robinson for a little over a year and everyone is so friendly and cheerful when I go in. It's like having another family.
