The UPS Store

I've been going to this store and it's prior incarnation for over 25 years and I'm always greeted with a smile and great service. I've had a mailbox here all these years and never had any lost packages or mail. In these times of porch pirates stealing packages, it's great to know Neelema is looking after mine. Packages are also shipped out timely. Amazon and other returns are also handled with care. I'll continue to have my important packages shipped here.

The 2 new staff members I hadn’t seen before. Both seem very friendly, Janelle was the person that helped me. We had a nice conversation while she was helping me. Just very friendly and kind.

There were a few new regulations that complicated shipping my dad’s medicine internationally, but Neelema over at the Union City location was extremely kind, patient, and helpful and guided me through every step of the process. She even went out of her way to directly call me with every update she got approval for.

Neelam and her associate were really helpful. We liked the experience and would come back again.

Neelema is extremely professional, we went for notary services, she clearly checked the form and all data that is entered, she asked every valid question to make sure the service provided is what I was looking for. I would extremely recommend this store to everyone that I know.

I hadn't received my notary fingerprint pad and Neelema, being a fellow Notary, understood the importance and came through for me with flying colors. I just want to say that I have had my business packages and mail handled and delivered to and from my mailbox at this particular UPS store in Union City for several years now. I've always received courteous and helpful service from everybody who has worked there over the years and in recent years the team leader, Neelema has been quite a helpful, kind and courteous UPS Store professional! I do not typically leave reviews, however I need to give a big shout out to the UPS team here! All my packages for my business are routed here and each time I come pick them up I am greeted with great attitudes, no matter which staff member.

I usually have multiple 5+ heavy boxes delivered here and each time they’ve asked if I wanted to used their hand truck. No other UPS store has offered me their hand truck. This is kindness and level 10 customer service!

My story began with a simple shipping job. It's somewhat an important item because losing it could probably mean to lose an important client as well. So, to make sure it doesn't get left by the doorstep, I throw in a little bit more $$$ and made this shipment "signed upon delivery". But yep, can't avoid bad thing when it is meant to happen, the package was lost.

Can't find the exact word to describe how I felt at the time, but for sure there was a lot of pressure, some anger and mostly frustration.

I decided to personally visit the UPS store where the package was dropped off because I did not want to handle this in a conversation through phone. A lady staff greeted me, learned the situation I was put in and then quickly filed a claim on my behalf to start an investigation on this missing package in the hope of recovering it.

A few days later, there was still no news from the UPS store. When all my co-workers as well as myself had given up hope, BANG! suddenly a new update appeared after I refreshed the package tracking webpage. The package has been reacquired and put to shipping! And just within an hour after I saw the new package tracking status, got a message from my co-worker who's also the recipient saying that he just received the item I shipped out!

I guess in this scenario, no news mean good news. The UPS investigation team probably will only make contact when the item is confirmed not recoverable - or lost.

But thankfully my story had a happy ending. I am truly grateful for the helps I received. The lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable as well as very caring of my dire situation. She also refunded me the entire cost ( around $100 ) of this shipping order. Even though in the end the package was reacquired and delivered, but she said I was still entitled a full refund because the delivery took too many days where my order was a 1 day shipping. ( So yeah, I shipped this item for free~ THANKS YOU UPS!!! )

The staff was very friendly at this store and going above and beyond to assist in my printing needs, had taken a usb with docs to print but that didnt work, they then helped me by having me email the docs to the ups store email address and assisted in rapidly printing it. They also assisted further in my shipping needs, explained various options and helped me choose the best option for my needs of delivery times and cost tradeoff's , will certainly come back to this store for my future needs.

I've been shipping almost daily with this store over the past year. I've gotten to know the whole team and they always take the time to engage with me. They really care about being personable with each customer and will help get you the answers you need.

Note, it is a small store! With a little patience, once you're up, they will take care of you every time. Thanks for all your help!!

Friendly staff. Wait time varies - really depends on how busy they are.

Neelema was so very helpful. We had a package that we accidentally shipped through the wrong shipping company, Neelema was able to intercept it and then she called our client and held it for them to pick up at her UPS store.

Soooo much better than the ups store at Newark. This one has service with a smile and gave me a shipping receipt without me even asking for one. The Newark store clerk gave me an ugly look when I asked for one last month. How hard is it to print a receipt? Will always come here in the future.

Very helpful with notary service. I got my paperwork notarized by Neelema at this store. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

I have always received fast service at the store. During peak hours they accommodate near closing time requests.
