Super friendly staff and well organized store. I frequent every few months to redeem my coupons and what not. Love them!

I spoke with Justin prior of coming to the store. Let me just say that he was absolutely amazing with the questions I had. He took the time to express what I should do and or try and made me feel better about myself. He reassured me that Riley, the very sweet young lady was going to be there until nine and that I should ask for her and she’ll point me in the right direction, she continued to help me through my whole experience and make sure I got the right piercing that I needed. Hands-down the best experience I have had in a very long time. Thank you both for going above and beyond!!

I really enjoy this Hot Topic, they really use the floor space to the best of their ability. I've been going to this spot for over a decade now and it looks better than ever. Well organized and the stock on the floor isn't overflowing like at other HT locations. The cashiers always make sure I know about the current deals going on and when I have Hot Cash to spend.

Nice store with various, unique items. This is usually the first stop for all my teens birthday shopping. Spencer gifts is typically off limits due to their amount of vulgar product choices so we allow here.

I absolutely love hot topic! Almost everything I wear is from there. Me and my friends went on a trip to the mall and got some pins here. Amazing place if you like anime, or gothic style clothes!

The store was clean and well organized and the staff was friendly and helped me with some ideas for outfits. The only thing that sucks is that they limited their funko pop wall. But that's a corporate decision.

Judgement-free store, with a great collection of stuff; Ranging from collectibles, outfits, jewelry, decor, and more! The staff are always happy to help and are great at suggesting items if you’re unsure of what to get. Whether it’s shopping for yourself/someone else or simple browsing I recommended making Hot Topic a place to stop by on your next mall trip. Plus their website is very easy to navigate and use.

If you want to have a fun time with your grandchild this is the place to do it. You can see friends meeting up here to shop and meet up. Parents or grandparents can stand outside the store see the child having fun and being safe.

This is by far my favorite store! I love coming here when I go to the mall. I always have my Hot Topic benefits card so I can save some money when I am shopping. The last time I was here I gotten $5 off all my items. They also had a very good sale the last time I was here so I saved money.

The staff there is so sweet and awesome

I had a great experience the other day, the store was clean and the shelves weren’t messy. My transaction didn’t take long and the cashier was friendly, I couldn’t ask for anything more. I would also like to acknowledge Parris, this employee was very personable and talked to me like a friend, while still maintaining excellent professionalism. Employees like this are the reason I keep coming back!

I absolutely LOVE hot topic. Though the prices are sometimes outrageous they have really nice things, especially if you are in to graphic t-shirts and anime (which I am). They also have a lot of cute merch and jewelry for TV shows, anime, and other things too. Honestly just an all around great experience even the people are so so nice. Would absolutely go again. Have a nice day.

I love going here to get animals T shirts and all types of clothing, jewelry, etc. Great place for finding those types of items.

Hot Topic clothes are good quality and all of the accessories and merchandise in the store are fun to look at. Some of the T-shirts make me very nostalgic. This store is great for music lovers and pop culture lovers.

They are handling Covid phenomenally compared to other places I've seen. Meanwhile keeping the hot topic atmosphere. Everyone here was so nice and I really enjoyed going for the first time since the beginning of 2020.

They have a lot of graphic tees and accessories to shop from. Every time I go there usually someone keeps asking me if I need help- which I don't mind until they ask every five minutes...and the store gets cramped time to time because it isn't that big. But all in all I like the store.
