Mattress Savvy Mechanicsville

Was on a consumer education adventure, as I was in need of replacing my 18 year old Serta mattress. Went to three different retailers, Mattress Savvy being the second. Got some great insight on really not liking the extra cooling models and really liking the Tempurpedic Pro Adapt soft. I went home and did some extra research that evening. Ended up going over to the Midlothian location to test a Serta I thought I would like. I'm glad I did...I didn't like it at all! Ended up purchasing the Tempurpedic. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, professional and convinced me to try things I would not have otherwise. Definitely recommend them!

My husband and I were shopping for a new mattress and had gone to several places before ending up at the mechanicsville location. Walking in we were greeted by Mason. He was fantastic! He was very helpful and patient. He knew we weren’t buying that night, and still was extremely helpful. The following week we decided that’s where we were going back to and make our purchase. Once we purchased our new bed Mason said it could be 4 weeks to get which was ok with us. But we got it within 2 weeks. It came yesterday and the 2 guys that came in and put it up we’re extremely nice also!! Slept on our new bed last night and slept like a baby, thank you Mason for doing a exceptional job. You are very lucky to have him as a employee. He gives his all not to just make a sell, but to give you something that’s right for you.

This transaction could not have gone better or been more pleasant. Zane, the owner, personally delivered and set up the frame and mattress for my older uncle. His communication was great, as were his suggestions. I would ABSOLUTELY do business with him again. He was honest, and did exactly what he said he would do and when.

My wife I went shopping for a mattress today and after visiting a couple of different stores we came across Mattress Savvy in Mechanicsville. To be honest, I had never even heard of Mattress Savvy, so I had no idea what to expect. We had such a pleasant experience working with Mason. He gathered information and offered advice but didn't "hover" while you were testing out the bedding options. He was very knowledgeable about the various bedding brands and explained what set each one apart from the other. More importantly, he offered a casual experience with humor, so you didn't feel like you were just another sale. Although we were in the market for a mattress, we had no intention of purchasing today; however, Mason was so good that we stopped our search today and purchased a bed without leaving the store. If I ever hear of anyone looking for a mattress, I will certainly recommend they go see Mason.

If you are looking for a new mattress, look no further. Mason, the sales rep is very knowledgeable and will have you sleeping better in no time. Our transaction could not have gone any better. Our delivery was even 2 weeks ahead of the promise date.

Great experience! Great price, awesome customer service! Mason was fantastic. I probably tried 15 mattresses in about 5 minutes - but found the perfect one. Mason was super knowledge about the product, and was so friendly. It was like talking with a family friend- and not a sales person. We spent all evening mattress shopping for our teenagers who are ready for an upgrade from their kid mattresses.  We went to the other two mattress stores in Mechanicsville and the prices were ridiculous.  We were feeling overwhelmed and shocked at the prices.  We stopped at Mattress Saavy and explained what we were looking for- maximum comfort for a reasonable price.  Mason knew right away what to show us.  We were shocked again, but this time for how  reasonable the price was. The kids each picked a super comfy pillow top and the price was totally reasonable. Mason

We decided it was time for a new mattress. I didn't know the name
Mattress Savvy. After stopping at couple other stops we went here and found it a very nice store, clean, well organized, very welcoming. Mason helped us get to the mattress that fit our needs. Plus we loved the deal he gave us on an adjustable platform so we couldn't pass it up. As much as I hate spending on big ticket items, I felt very good about the value we got shopping here. We have also gotten excellent follow up from Mason who has shown above par interest in our happiness with customer service.

I needed a new mattress. After two days of research online, I was stuck. The problem was you can't lay on the mattress online. While online did offer some advantages like 120 day trial, but I just wondered how hard it would be to send back.
I went in to mattress savvy Mechanicsville. The store was very clean and nice. Mason B. was more then happy to help me pick. After asking me some questions and trying 5 or so different mattress, I chose a Kings down.
Overall very pleasant experience.

Mason was so helpful he gave you so much information that you sold yourself the mattress. I bought the firmest temperpedic mattress and it is everything. The best nights sleep it’s hard but confirms to your body. I don’t wake up anymore in the middle of the night. I have a bad back and i sleep pain free. By far the best money i have ever spent. Mason is a character i want to go back to the store just so i can hang out and chat with Mason. He’s an awesome person. I sent my children there to buy a mattress also. Can’t wait to hear what they say.

We checked every mattress place near us and ended up at Mattress Savvy as our last stop. Mason listened to our mattress wish list, explained several different options and helped us pick the perfect mattress for us. I can’t wait for our new Kingsdown mattress with the adjustable base to be delivered! Mason is straightforward and extremely knowledgeable and made the process so easy! We purchased our mattress and base with Carlos. would not purchase from them again. Customer service is fake till you pay.
They did not care if you're satisfied after spending a small fortune.
I do not like being lied to, was not worth it.
