If you are in need of any gaming system worked on Floyd is your guy. He’s very knowledgeable. He fixed my PS4 in two days after it had been at a different shop for a week in a half and I was told it wasn’t fixable. He knows what he’s doing and is very thorough with his work. Very awesome customer service. I will be going to him first for future issues with any gaming systems I own.

Awesome place! The staff was friendly and helpful. Not only did I receive a free diagnostic but also after it was repaired I was shown it worked too. If you ever need a console repaired, go here! You won’t regret it.

It's a really nice store. I traded in some games and got a few and he was very fair with the prices and he was very respectful. I plan to go back in the near future. If you have things to trade in like games, systems, or movies please help this guy get his business going.

I am not very tech savvy but these guys diagnosed and fixed my Mac, cleaned the heck out of it - he even knew what color cat I had from all the hair! - and talked to me in a way I could understand. They also pointed out future issues to keep an eye on. Everyone I talked to was friendly and professional and I am very happy with the outcome. My computer and I look forward to many more happy years of no-freeze streaming.

Visited several times in the past month. Bought a few games, they were all clean from dirt and smudges and worked perfectly. Got my 360 cleaned for a very good price, and ordered a game through them that gamestop didn't have. The prices on everything are much better than gamestop.
