I haven’t shipped anything in quite a while. When i walked in, the women that helped me were so kind. They took the time to explain the process and make sure that the package I was sending was the best fit. I have never had such a great experience and I will only be using this location going forward!

If all the US Postal offices were operated like this one, FedEx and UPS would be looking over their shoulders and wincing with worry.

Customer centric, friendly and a "nothing is too much trouble to do" attitude is why I vote this branch the best I have ever seen (and I've lived in 5 states). They even post a "word of the day" as an ice breaker to peak the customers interest and start a conversation. My wife drives 6 miles and right by 2 other USPS branches just to come to this location and be treated like a customer "in the old days."

The condition of the facility is very clean and they always have an abundant supply of products on the shelves.

I started coming here instead of a closer branch a couple of years ago and couldn't believe it. Now our staff chooses to come here as well.

Its a Post Office. Like that u can access it 24/7 to purchase stamps and mail packages.

The employees are friendly in the USPS establishment, but some of the carriers that deliver are rude and not friendly. My son is Autistic, bi-polar, and gas ADHD, and while we were outside our complex, the mail truck pulled up and my son ran to the truck. My son kept saying hi , but was ignored. He followed him to say hello, with no response. The only response he received wad "get away from my truck".

It's not the greatest, every time we send mail thru them, our mail always gets lost, especially the mail with checks inside them. This happens all the time. So we've decided not to go here anymore. We will drive to the Post Office in Cornersburg & use their services there. Plus they're much nicer there too. The Post Office in The Austintown Plaza needs to be checked out by the General Government. Something is definitely wrong with this post office.
