I just got back to Florida from North Carolina visiting my dad who was in ICU and literally the next day my car started acting up and wouldn't run correctly.. I went to AutoZone and had The gentleman there run a code.. They found out what the issue was and also went above and beyond to help me fix the issue so that I could pull back out of AutoZone with my car running correctly.. when I tell you these gentlemen went above and beyond they definitely DID and I cannot be any more grateful for their kindness and professionalism!! Thank you Cisco & Shawn from the DeBary Auto Zone store!!! Thank you guys for the wonderful customer service!! ❤🌹 I would definitely come see them anytime I have any issues with my vehicle.

Kate was extremely helpful .taillights would not get bright when brake pressed . She came outside and helped me figure it out one bulb at a time . Truly appreciate her patience a willingness to help me figure it out . Thankful she was able to figure out the problem and it works perfect now . Thank you Kate appreciate your help.

This place rarely lets me down. They have a fair variety of parts and supplies, with helpful knowledgeable staff. They also offer install and test service of parts purchased.

Cisco, the manager of store 3815, is not only a tremendous manager and customer service provider, but was an extremely kind, helpful, and generous man; to me, a total stranger. And not just once, but both times that I have been there and needed help with my vehicle that I did not know how I was going to take care of them.. He went far beyond what I have ever experienced. - Because of Cisco, (perhaps not the only reason, but in my experience) this is absolutely the best auto parts store I know of, if not the majority of any stores. And I will gladly drive miles out my way to go to this one location.

Shout out to Shawn. Thank you so much for making sure I had headlights to get my Grands Halloween costumes and to safely make it back to Daytona at dark after helping my sick Aunt in your area.You guys are the best. Thanks again!

I got a flat tire this morning and luckily i was able to pull into the AutoZone located in DeBary. Cisco, the store manager was an angel and offered to help me change my tire even though it is 80° outside. He was so patient and kind . His help wasnt expected but such a blessing . Thank you again Cisco!

Just wanted to say thank you again to Dan. I came in around 8am on Friday 4/14 and he was very helpful and kind to me with answers and checking my battery and alternator. I very much appreciated it and wanted his boss to know how great he was to me. :)

I have been using auto zone for years. I have never had such great customer service as what Cody gave me. He definitely went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be recommending this auto zone to my friends.

Cisco just saved my kids' lives. Not really, but in all seriousness he helped me tremendously while I fixed my rear air conditioning blower motor resistor. Now my kids will have air conditioning in the middle and third row of my van!

I had to have my battery tested and a new one put in. My battery is located in a tricky hard to work in area. Dan was very helpful & knowledgeable. He installed the battery in record time! I always appreciate
the service I get from this store. They are professional & have good business manners. I definitely recommend their store.

Jason and James were EXTREMELY helpful and professional. James was very thorough in explaining what was happening with my car. Jason was proficient with changing of my battery and prepping to prevent future corrosion. I’ve always loved debary auto zone! The family and I will always be back!!

December 16, 2023:
Had to come back up to service my grandmothers vehicle. A wonderful young lady helped test the battery! Then had to come back up to purchase a new one and Gary was an absolute pleasure! My family and I have been coming to Gary at Debary Autozone for years! Thanks for all your hard work Gary, you’re one of a kind!

Cody O’Connor was more than excellent, great employee. He made me feel very comfortable to ask questions and learn things.

Best autozone experience I’ve ever had and great customer service. I was helped in no time although the store was very busy. They helped replace my wipers before I even had my receipt in hand. Thank you!!

Huge thank you to Holden L and Gary. Out of no where my car was giving me trouble and altered my plans today. Frustrating as this may have been, Holden and Gary at the Debary store completely made my day better. Without any hesitation they were professional, friendly, and courteous the entire time I was there. I came in to get a battery checked and replaced, but it ended up also being something minor with both terminals on my car. These two both installed the battery and fixed the issue with the terminals. They were calm, professional and in my opinion went the extra mile by far. It was ten minutes to closing and they didn’t turn me away or seem frustrated with the time. They fixed my problem efficiently and professionally. I don’t know who sees this but a huge thank you to them. I greatly appreciate it!
