I love this place! They see my car in the drive thru and they start my order! Customer service is 110% and it's young adults. .I'm glad there's still work ethic left in some

Friendly early morning staff and everything looked great! No complaints on any of the items ordered.

This is my favorite Dunkin and we typically travel a 100 mile radius on a regular basis. Everyone here is always so nice and that means a lot when you are traveling with children. We've had a few mistakes with orders but the mistake was always fixed without any issues. My only complaint is the layout of the parking lot and drive through but there really isn't anything that can be done about that.

Always welcoming, Food is always fresh, especially the donuts & Bagels. Sometimes run out of stock . . But most of all. My favorite Dunkinn

Honestly the only downside to this location is the parking lot.

This has been one of the very few dunkin donut locations that has been able to be consistently on top of there game. My order has always been correct and the coffee flavor is always the same. The friendly staff makes this a great start to the morning rush

Fast, pleasant service. Only negative about this location in Carbondale is the drive thru is incredibly awkward, even for angling car near speakers, person had to ask numerous times regarding my order. the location makes it awkwardly dangerous waiting to pill into drive thru in traffic area.

Awesome staff. Drive thru can get lengthy, especially during rush times. Small amount of seating, but they are always welcoming. Some misorders, but considering our family orders so often, we expect a few misorders here or there and they are always happy to fix mistakes.

Great food of course amazing beverages (heads up can be extremely hot tho) wonderful employee by the name of faith very kind absolutely love her!!!! All being said there can be some very rude employees so be careful and don't let 1 bad egg ruin your experience

Great Iced Coffee this morning. Perfect startnto another perfect day. America runs on DUNKIN. Great new logos as well. Always prompt courteous service. Excellent choice for your daily coffee grind.

Fast and friendly service ... Also very patient people considering how long it took my mom to pick out 12 donuts lol.. It was crowded when i went but its not always so busy. Normal in and out service most days

Always great, one of my favorite Dunkin doughnuts.. super friendly staff, coffee is perfect EVERYTIME 🤗👍... Pastry's always fresh.. clean... Convenient.. really a great overall Dunkin!!

Great stuff so long as the drive through line isn't backed up

Due to circumstances beyond their control, the line at the drive throughs wraps around the corner. I don't have a Starbucks near me so this is worth the wait!

Nice place though I think they should have more than one kiosk. Iced coffee was good.

First time at this Dunkin and it was great, the manager was super friendly and it was kept clean.

To tell the truth I began working with there wonderful people. Come see us for a hot cup of Joe!

Coffee, coffee,coffee!! Dunkin has the best. You can get breakfast sandwiches all day as well as other sandwiches on their delicious crossants or bagles. With your coffee or tea take along some fresh donuts or muffins.

Since reopening thuis location from the remodel it is so much better. Staff is nicer and more accurate.

Employees are friendly, courteous and quick. Great place to stop for a cup OR box of joe and there's plenty of parking
