I was in a couple of weeks ago and Connie was the only one working. Even with a line that was getting longer she did not stop smiling and was super friendly and polite to everyone! It was my first time mailing my passport and she helped me feel confident about it. People like Connie make a difference!

Employees are always friendly and helpful. Twice a month, I go in with bulk mailings for work. The employees are fast and efficient, even though I'm sure it sucks for them when I have 300 pieces of outgoing mail. FYI...I do try to go when they're not busy so i don't hold up the like and/or stress the employees out.

I do my best to avoid interacting with the USPS personnel, so I'm happy this location has a do it yourself machine. Easy to use, and you can go to the machine after hours.

The reviews of this place made me scared to walk in but I was in and out (even with a line in front of me) so quickly and everyone was nice!

John the postal worker was very friendly and hlpful. Convenient location, good parking, fast service.

All employees I've dealt with at this USPS location have been friendly and helpful. They may ask you to step to the side if its busy and you aren't fully ready (still writing down an address or packaging items up) when you get up to the window, but they do so in a respectful manner and will help you as soon as you're actually ready, which overall keeps things moving for everyone. They also have a self service kiosk which seems new and efficient.

Very customer oriented postal workers. They were serving customers beyond the posted closing time of 5 p.m. The tall lady is courteous and friendly. Also the lines are sometimes long it is non of the workers' fault. I go there every now and then to drop of packages and buy stamps.

My dad worked for the USPS for over 42 years and said one of the most important things a government employee should remember was they were on the job to serve the public. I received a large, heavy rug from Afghanistan today, Eric from the Roseville office delivered it to my house. He put it in an easily accessible place and reminded me it was very heavy.. He was friendly , efficient and even used proper body mechanics. My Dad would say he understood good customer service!

I’ve been here twice in the past few weeks. Both times I found a short wait and friendly, helpful staff. Overall a much better experience than I expected during the busy holiday rush!

I am giving the Roseville location two thumps up. I messed up and dropped off a UPS prepaid package at the USPS because I was in a hurry to get somewhere on Friday evening. Whoops. Anyway, I called them and they gave the package to UPS. Thank you!!

Great post office. I use this location which is close to my work. It is so much more efficient and faster than my home town USPS location. They never lost my mail.Everything local gets to it's destination within a day or two. Thank you for the great service.

What a delightful (rather large) 📫 post office. With about 7 drive up mailboxes. Very nice and convenient.

Have only had good experiences with this USPS location primarily dropping off and sending packages - staff is usually quick and friendly and service is serviceably sound.

I came in with a large unboxed package, hoping they would sell something large enough for it. They didnt, but Scott dug around in the back room and came up with something that worked perfectly. very friendly folks, and obviously very helpful!

Lines move fast at this location.

I have used this post office numerous times and found that, although it is often very busy, the people are pleasant, professional and efficient.
