Friendly staff and cute products. But 2 stuffed animals with an outfit for each was $130. The “experience” and customization are definitely not worth the exorbitant cost.

I am disappointed, my son had a bad experience here. He’s 6 and when he went to get the heart for his bear, the woman helping him told him that the heart ceremony was “embarrassing” and he may not want to do it. Of course he got nervous and agreed not to do it. He was so sad about how the heart was embarrassing. Please re-train your staff.
