McDonald's

The food at McDonald’s was exceptionally delicious. I got the hotcakes with bacon and eggs and I’m gonna smash it just like my friend smashed his Mc griddle and he loved it.

With a 4 year old, McDonalds is a pretty regular stop for our family. I have been to dozens of Mickey-D’s across central Alabama and this location is BY FAR, the best service I have experienced! The young men and women were extremely helpful and eager to make your experience a good one. Truly wish every McDonald’s was as friendly as this one.

I did curbside pickup two days in a row, using my McDonald's app (deals) and the service was fast and easy. The food was hot and good and the two (different) girls that brought my food out, was very nice.

I'm unsure what has changed but the morning and lunch crew have been amazing the past few trips! I haven't eaten dinner there in years but the daytime crew has an amazing attitude, works fast and my orders are always right! Definitely have the A Team crew here now!

Food was hot and fresh. Friendly employees that's happy to help and serve. Fast service. Overall I'll give them a 10/10.

Went thru drive thru for lunch. Order was quick and correct. Girl at window was very nice

I don't visit this location often but when I do (like I did just a few minutes ago) the staff is friendly and on top of keeping everything clean and I only had to wait on my food for just a few minutes and everything I ordered was correct. The people working the day shift today deserve recognition for doing a great job and I hope they are complimented on doing such a great job. Wonderful service & great food, thank you so much.

May've been peak business hours but, drive thru lines should meet customer demand

Our experience here is always great. Our daughter loves the play area of course, and it gives us some down time as she plays. I want to give a special thank you to your employee Mikayla. She made me & my daughter's experience very pleasant today. Your kindness was very appreciated Mikayla!

There was an incident with a couple that where getting very loud and cursing a lot and it our little boy and the conversations and cursing was definitely not friendly friendly and got really irritating but there is a lady(not sure of her name nor position) but she handled very well, she is a very friendly sweet lady, someone had had a party and all kinda food and cake was brought there and the nice lady brought us a big ole peice of red velvet cake.

McDonald's is ICONIC. Absolutely addicted to this location (or is it the sweet and sour sauce 🤤) highly skilled staff that are usually in highly qualified professional mode of customer service and.... Let's be real..... The only chikin nuggie you actually ever crave.......

Quick to get in & out, no I don't like the drive through. Food was good and correct, employees were all very nice & helpful.

I rarely eat at this McDonalds because it's always busy. I ordered in the lobby and was very surprised. I stood in line a couple of minutes and this really nice young lady working in the lobby asked if I had placed my order. She took me to a self service kiosk and placed my order. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The nice young lady that took my order was great and the kiosk is the greatest. This McDonald's is a definitely a 5 star fast food.

Well we didn't have to wait long in line to order when we got our food it was hot and delicious 20 piece chicken nuggets, This McDonald's is one of our favorite places to grab a quick bite .The staff were very friendly ,,even made us laugh..

Employee wasn't really friendly. Seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but there. Hassle to let me get napkins or ketchup. Drivr~thru was very quick.

I eat breakfast every morning at this McDs and they are extremely friendly and very rarely make a mistake and the rare occasion it does happen they correct it without giving the customer a hard time. The food has never been in old or cold also. These people work hard and keep a positive attitude, this fact alone keeps me coming back again and again. 2nd I just have to say if you get by here and get a chance to have Ms. Tonya serve you know you will then know what true customer service is

This, the Hueytown location, is absolutely the best McDonald's within 50 miles. The service is efficient, the food is good and the orders are accurate. Great management with a great team.

I love this McDonald's, I visit it almost every time I'm in town visiting my sister. It stays busy here, but they've never gotten my order wrong despite always being overwhelmed with customers (and I always have a large order for 7-8 people).
