Best T-mobile store we've even been to. Lost our phones and ID while paddle boarding, they helped us get everything sorted right away. We had gone to a different store an they were not helpful.

Was on vacation and my phone totally died. I believe it was Armando who helped me. He helped me upgrade my phone and made sure it was ready to go before I left so I wouldn't have any other issues. Great customer service! Especially being from out of state.

Erica was the best. She helped me to get my phone number back after my phone was lost. loved the attitude and helpfulness of the staff.

I was amazed at the service provided by a young associate by the name of Christian in this store recently. Not only was he extremely friendly and personable he also was able to multitask by greeting me as he dealt with another customer. I changed phones a few days ago. Was helped by Cristian, and it was the best mobile phone change experience I've ever had. He suggested I buy a screen protector, which I've never had in my life. That day, I dropped the phone and cracked the protector, leaving the phone without a mark. Came in the next day, got my screen protector changed for free. He transferred all of my info seamlessly, and walked me through all my concerns. I live off my phone, like many nowadays, so this was invaluable to me. He hooked me up with all the possible rebates and went through all the insurances without any up-selling. On two different days, I dealt with two other associates there, and they were great also. Walked into the store debating whether or not to purchase an Apple Watch. I had a zillion questions and doubts as I’m not familiar with this device yet. Representative Monica who took care of me was just STELLAR! She went above and beyond to patiently and throughly answer all my queries. The manager Cristian Castillo has been by far the best manager I’ve ever met. Great and outstanding service by him and his representatives. Moving forward, this will be the only Tmobile I will ever visit until the day I perish.

It’s hard to find excellent customer service these days, I walk into the store with a very warm welcome from all the members at the store, and Cris approached and was very professional and safe ! I definitely recommend this store to everybody looking to get help with sprint and or t mobile!

Best T-Mobile experience ever!

Ben Sinbela helped us today (Thursday, 09.03.2015). He was able to answer every question we asked in great detail and represented T-Mobile perfectly and profesionally. Kind and friendly person. His colleague was very polite and friendly as well. In the past, we had some bad experiences in other T-Mobile stores, and Ben definitely changed our perception of T-Mobile in a good way today. Monday, Sept 26, 2016 morning my bag was stolen from Miami Beach with my cellphone in it. The same day I stopped by the t-mobil store at 329 Arthur Godfrey Rd, Miami Beach and I was talking to Imani, the first associate who approached me with a police report in my hand and the Manager James listened to the conversation from where he was and he came and said, "I'm sorry to what happened to you". In no time, I was connected again, with the new sim card and activation fee waived. Very fast and professional!
