I just bought my first car from them. What I liked most was that start from Jean Paul in sales to Mark Whitney in finance everyone I meet was respectful and patient to my queries. No one was in any hurry of anything.
No one even pressured or pushed me to buy unnecessary accessories.
I am super satisfied with my interactions and dealing with them.

Because summer service is pretty good and they always fix my vehicle well. I've had to recalls with a TDI situation and they provided me loaner car and deliver my vehicle on time period I appreciate their service and prompt responses to my issues.

I have received wonderful service from Honda of Princeton. The waiting room is comfortable but my favorite service from is the drop off shuttle. I love that I can take my car in and still get to work. No more Saturdays spent waiting for car repairs.

Louis Ruiz was amazing...very polite, smile on face and tried his best to accommodate our demands.
His manager was very disappointing, Deal was almost off because his manager lacked empathy and smile; however with the intervention of a skip level we cracked the deal and not to mention Louis was the game changer...all 5 stars for Louis.

Adding...on my second visit the manager looked humbled... Anyone can have a bad day...He deserves a benefit of doubt...

Love this dealership, have bought a few vehicles here. They are professional, extremely honest and provide a loaner vehicle when needed while your vehicle is being serviced. ALL of my Audi vehicles have performed extremely well. Once you buy Audi, you don't buy anything else. 💜

I went there to switch my car to a up to date car. The Company's management team changes so did the rules. Sam help me out alot . He gave me the color I want it. I love my car and I'm enjoying every moment of it

Dan is amazing! I came in with a flat tire and he totally made the whole horrible experience better. I have been using Honda service for 3 yrs now and they have never disappointed me! 10 stars for honda and 10 stars for dan for excellence service!

The easiest car purchase in my life. I dread the games and pressure tactics encountered when purchasing a new automobile (I've purchased several over the decades). Found the VW Atlas I wanted at Princeton and asked (via email) for a quote. The sales mgr, Richard Ortiz, responded in a very timely manner (we requested quotes from other dealers but they were not forthcoming). The wife and I went to PVW for a test drive and were greeted by Matt Rucko, who turned out to be one of brightest and most likeable people I've met in years. The sales closing went very smoothly. I gave Matt time to present all the additional options, but he was very respectful and didn't try to force anything on us. Richard and Matt left me and the Mrs. with highly favorable impressions. I commend them and PBW to anyone looking to buy a quality VW product.

It was pretty quick, I went for a error message on my infotainment and it took 5 minutes to get it fixed and I was out of there.
