Good food I think. Could be faster and fresher. Don't think here they can handle 2 lanes. They get confused and Mrs order up sometimes, but I love a doodle cheeseburger

Good enough visit. As clean as any McDonald’s. Staff was nice. The guy taking orders was struggling but made sure we were set. One thing came out wrong and he took care of it. Can’t complain about that! That’s what makes the difference at any business or restaurant, caring for customers and making sure they’re in good shape. The price point really doesn’t matter, simply good service. A lot of far more expensive places I regular could learn a lot from an interaction I had passing through here at McDonald’s!

Stopped on a long trip through Indiana. Service was quick and the restaurant was relatively clean. Good spot for a quick bite.

Excellent service by staff. Friendly, cheerful and efficient service to your table even! Bravo for the management here. 25 cent coffee the afternoon we were there. 😲😀

The food was fresh and delicious, the service was fast and friendly, and the dining area was stylish, comfortable and clean. And importantly, I had no digestive issues after.

Zack the big tall manager is a very nice guy. This store is so clean and fast i love this location..

After being asked how our food was by one of the employees and saying that it was yummy, the employee said “awesome sauce”. You need stuff like that when you’re on the road.

The GM Melissa needs to smile a lot more to her workers and customers seems to be a good person can only imagine the stress of that job but when you are a GM it's important to smile and seem friendly . People will be more likely to work there and order food if it's a friendly environment plus customers like to get their food at the window not being pulled around the building to wait on it

I took my daughter Ryan Dille to breckfast. while I was in Rochester borrowing her maroon Trailblazer SUV that day to pick up my roll top desk at Tammy's on 9th street where I found her desk on marketplace.. I got 3 sausage mcmuffin , hashbrowns and oj.. for us

This McDonald's was a very good lunch choice by my 4 year old Grandson! The food, especially the fries, were hot and delicious! It was a plus that we could go in and sit down for lunch! The restaurant was clean and orderly. Service was friendly and quick! We would definitely come back here again if we're in town! Thank you for a fun lunch with Hudson, my Grandson!

Okay guys now we all know this store has dug itself to just about worst place to eat in rochester, but it has been taken over by an owner who cares about employees and customers, already I've seen multiple improvements, maintenance power washing, the store actually opening at 5 am like it's supposed to, improvements on food service. Now we all know sometimes fast food isn't fast. But I'm giving this store 5 stars for the improvements and effort already!

No complaints. Yum!

The establishment and the work crew deserve a much higher rating than what is projected you honestly couldn't ask for better people they are hospitable and very prompt on the timeliness or preparing and serving customers.. please appreciate and respect the people who provide a professional community service that make our food.... Thank you

Food was fine. It's McDonald's

In our previous visit we got 12 donut sticks and 13 cookies. 3 cookies were oatmeal raisin, and 10 cookies were chocolate chip. The food was great. I recommend it to anyone who wants a good dessert. We also get meals there for fast food. The food it great. 😀🍔🍟

Ordered a double quarter w cheese meal
Big Mac n small fries 10 piece chicken nugget meal
Drove home to find the Double quarter was cold in middle and when you squeeze the buger it dripped blood it was gross so Drove back to McDonald's they took the sandwich looked at it Offered to make another They refunded the sandwich ONLY was replaced w a Mc chicken light mayo paid 2.02
