Higher Grade

I always have a great experience every visit. I shop about every 2 weeks and the staff is always so friendly and informative!
I have chosen to shop at this location only for all future purchases! They also have a great loyalty rewards program. I moved here 6 months ago from California, and Higher Grade is the best! Very well organized, with several items to choose for all smoking needs! They even sell the best candles ever, and at a really great price for the size of them! I have already bought 3 and loved every one! They last for a long time too! They also have some that cover the smokers odors! Thanks for being my first and last choice for smoke shops! Keep up the great work!

The staff is always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about products. Each time that I have been into the store, the manager is very friendly and easy to talk to if I have any questions. I have been to a couple of other locations, but this store is my go-to. 10/10 recommended!

I’ve been coming to this place for years. And I don’t know why I haven’t reviewed yet. But this place is one of the best places to get your product. The guys all know there stuff you will not go wrong coming here. I feel like part of the family every time I come in.

Love going here so much that I’ll go out of my way to do it. All the employees and the owner are always so down to earth and kind! The owner remembers me and asks me how I am and about my life, it’s just refreshing :) great vibes, great prices and great products. Really can’t beat it

These employees are always very welcoming and informative. I believe I spoke with Ray while in the store this time. He hooked me up with some good deal opportunities, made me aware of all the options I had and helped me make a decision. There’s a nice chill vibe when you enter and I’ve always been happy leaving. From the second you walk in the place feels classy. I was met by the owner and immediately struck up a conversation. Ian was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about his products. They carry an extensive line of vape juice and related products...something for everyone really. Though I don't know a lot about it, they have a ton of CDB products. This was another topic of discussion with Ian, and again, it was obvious he knows what he is talking about.
This is a great vape shop in Noblesville. Seems like a nice place to just chill and talk vape too.

So, no matter the location, Higher Grade is always consistent. The stores are well organized, stocked, and clean. Prices are good too. The main thing with Higher Grade is the staff. They do not mind spending a little time to give product suggestions or information. The employee I've dealt with the most is named Joshua, and every time, it has been a pleasure.

I've only ever shopped at the new Avon location, so I will review that. The store has an upscale feel, so it feels nice to shop there. The employees are really helpful. And they have sales pretty often! Overall, a great shopping experience.
