DJ was nice, efficient, and so helpful. I was in and out of the store in 10 min. This store was WAY more empty than others around the area.. it was also much more modern and clean. Plus, their staff is fully bilingual and very well mannered. Definitely my favorite store since moving to Hialeah.

I love this T-Mobile store. Normally going to a cell phone store to change providers is the biggest hassle but NOT THIS STORE!!!! Everyone in there is super nice and friendly, when your being helped your treated as a person and friend not just as a sale. I recommend coming to this store and seeing Alex he was the best.

Ever since we started using T Mobile, we have enjoyed much better service than Verizon, as we are from another country and use a hot spot when we travel. The team at City Place, Doral, are our favorite though! Everyone is always on point, quick and so friendly! Thank you very much for the consistently great service!

Shoutout to Ernesto who told me everything about a great deal who actually worked out much better than I thought I was going to get, super friendly and pleasant experience, no rush and got everything done quick and efficiently. Amazing, recommend this location. Ask for Ernesto.
