Was so excited that a Free People opened in Winter Park. But the customer service is poor. The salespeople that my daughter dealt with were not just unfriendly, but rude. She ran into a friend after leaving the store who had also been shopping at that Free People location the same day. Her friend said she also had the same experience.

The store is really pretty and in an awesome location but staff seems a bit uninterested in working and more in talking.

Really bad experience. The employees were gossipy and rude and barely acknowledged customers walking in. Super excited for this to be in Winter Park but hopefully with better staff.
