LOFT

I went in the Winter Park Loft store this week and had the best service from Pilar!! She was very helpful and found several tops to go with the skirt I tried on and gave me her honest opinion, which I greatly appreciated! She even pulled 2 tops from the sales racks that I never looked at. I really appreciated all her help! She has a great eye for style! Great shopping area!

I recently experienced exceptional customer service that went above and beyond. Pilar was attentive, proactive, and responsive. She anticipated my needs, answered questions before I asked, and genuinely cared about my satisfaction. This level of service is a rare find and highly recommended.

This is actually a very nice store if you can overlook all the construction going on St Winter Park Village. That does however bring the benefit of reducing crowding. Parking on last visit was plentiful if you don't mind dodging barricades and heavy equipment.

Love the Loft. They always have up to date selection in all sizes. Their prices may seem a bit high but there is nearly always a good sale and on new merchandise. You can also buy on line and if they are out of a item they will order it , no shipping charge to your home. If need be exchanges or returns are easy.The rewards program is also good. Always my 1st and usually only 1st stop

Amazing selection of high quality clothing. The staff is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had items left out of my bag from a purchase at another store and the manager was extremely accommodating and it was no hassle at all.

Loft has a good selection of solid work clothes. It runs about a size larger than most less expensive clothing. Great deals online to ship or for store pickup and at times great deals in the store as well.

I always have a good experience when shopping in this store. Always find something nice. They usually have great sales going on.

This is one of my favorite stores with petite clothing. Sales around Thanksgiving are great. I got a pair of pants for 10% of original price!

Stoped in to look at some dresses. Little pricy... but you can find some more affordable things if you you look around more.
