I've been coming to this location for years they always seem to do a great job. Today I had a complicated situation that needed handling. Brenen went out of his way to help me out today when he didn't have to and made several phone calls on my behalf. I was really impressed with the level of customer service I received.

Went here just for fun, and the workers were huge sweethearts. Just was looking around for fun, and they made my experience better. They were also able to answer questions I had, as well as another customer. Definitely would recommend going to this store!

Great Gamestop location. I bought my preowned ps4 from here they made sure I was plenty informed before purchasing. The sales associates are super friendly and knowledgeable about games and gaming consoles. This location is my first choice.

Took my son in so he could use his gift card, the guy working there was very patient with him... 9 yo with severe ADHD. We looked for something for at least 20 minutes and the guy answered all of his random questions and hyped him up when he found his game. Madden24.

I would just like to say M was amazing! Helped me with everything I needed. Answered all my questions and just talked to me and made my experience extremely pleasant and enjoyable! They helped me find two perfect gifts! M 100% deserves a raise! If you need anything gaming related or have any questions I would ask M.

GameStop gets a lot of heat but honestly, they're the best option for anything games. The district location specifically has amazing staff. I went in once to get an idea for a new console I wanted and months later when I came back, everybody remembered who I was and what I was wanting. Honorable mention to M, who answered all of my questions knowledgeably and politely and made my experience totally stress free.

The employee that helped us was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood all of our options when pre-ordering the new God of War game. He helped us fix our address for our physical Game Informer copies as well!

Stopped in today to trade in games (wanted new mario kart) and was greeted by a very knowledgeable employee, we were checking out other games and she knew about every single one and even what the have available, and the dates I could get them shipped to me if needed. Incredible customer service, wasn't pushy at all. I wish I could remember what her name was but I'm sure she gets all the good reviews.

Staff was very helpful and understanding what games would work with our Nintendo system. I had to go back two times for different reasons and both times were good. the man helped me understand what games would be best for my kid on the first time. The lady helped me get games from another store reserved.

Best staff I’ve experienced in my shopping history. I have gone in three times in the past week trying to get my Christmas figured out for my children who love gaming, and me with very little knowledge about deals, video game history or current trends, and this staff, different people at different times, have all been incredible. They led me to deals I wouldn’t have known about, went above and beyond with my requests of items they didn’t carry to help me find them at other stores not affiliated, even dug in the back to throw in a sign I liked that wasn’t for sale and as a thank you for being a new customer. I’ve never seen a staff like this and will refer them always. Amazing.

John, your store stays busy and for good reason. Your leader Junie is amazing. Double her salary or at least promote her. She has fantastic customer service especially with all of the busyness of the holiday season. God bless you guys!

First off their staff is amazing!!! Every time I go into the store im greeted right away and sometimes I am even "welcomed home" by a few of the staff :). Maybe because I'm in the store 2-3 times a week Hahah. There's one staff that's always there to help me out every time I come in. I can't remember her name sadly but she has black hair that's short , wears glasses, and is an amazing staff! She always helps me find whatever I'm looking for and even helps me find games I might be interested in! She's amazing at her job and she even helped me today find a controller I needed for my PS2! She's definitely amazing and a great staff to keep forever! Love this store and I am definitely going to continue shopping at this location!!

Honestly, writing on behalf of the store, and not the company. 9/10 times I come in here and the staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable, hard to complain about that. They explain current deals and specials and just do good work.

So i just wanna start off by saying thank you to the store manager Sam. She provided some of the best customer service i have seen in quite a long time. Now i bought a used ps4 about 2 weeks ago. Long story short it qas defective. I had thrown away the receipt and box because it seemed to work fine at first. So we call up the store and explain our situation. Sam told us to bring in the system and she would take a look. We get there and she took care of it in a very fast and professional way. All the while being friendly. Got a new system seems to work fine. All is right again. All thanks to an amazing store manager. And as for the store its clean and seems to be kept in a tidy order. Def the best gamestop in the valley. 10/10

Junie is a terrific associate. She is well knowledgeable. She has a great personality to everyone. If you need answers to your questions and exceptional customer service, I recommend this store to the highest.

I ordered a Wii U for Christmas online. The system came defective, then I went to this store and the manager at the night evening shift, a lady with short hair, was extremely friendly, customer service oriented and professional. He resolved the problem and won my business. I will buy there and refer that store anytime! That was good customer service!

Absolutely the best one I've been to, the gentleman I spoke with (either a manager or the owner) was very straightforward and actually talked me into spending less money and explained in detail why which for me was important because I was there for my kids and haven't played Nintendo since Mike Tysons punch out lol!! Would definitely recommend and I will be returning for sure!!

Shout out at Alexander The Great! Sales associate at this location who honored the warranty on my elite controller when that jerk; Josh at the American Fork location refused to do it. You 🎸 man! Thank you from a very grateful and happy customer 😊
