Dunkin'

We found this location easy to get to from I-95. There is so much floor space, plenty of tables to choose from. The morning staff was very friendly and helpful! The parking lot was tight, but manageable.

I went there on the morning of 3 August at 6:15 AM. There was a young man working behind the counter. He had the absolute most energetic, contagious, amazing personality, which made my experience being at a new Dunkins that I’ve never been to, a great experience and as a cashier myself that is absolutely a treasure to have someone like him who is super sweet and very nice

i was craving donuts so i went here and it was the only place that was open! the staff was very kind and fun! i had a donut but it was so good i went back around and got four more hehe, i didnt catch their names but the guy with the beard and glasses, and the the woman with the acrylics who called me honey were both very sweet <33

Love this place. Brady ❤ 🐕 loves this place 🤭 Not sure if I'm supposed to say they give the dog 1 free munchkin everytime I go in with him in his service jacket & place my big orders we bring to the nurses @ the residential homes but WE LOVE U FOR IT D.D.😎👍

I want to specially shout out Quinn, one of the baristas at Amesbury Dunkin’. My wife and I came by today for coffee, donuts and sandwiches. Quinn took our orders, rang us out at the first window, made our coffee, and sent us to the second window for the rest of our order. He let us know our food was still cooking, took care of the other passengers in line, and appeared at the second window with food in hand to apologize for the wait. I feel like Quinn may have been working by himself, or covering the floor solo for a coworker to take care of other business in the store. As a former Starbucks barista, I wanted to make sure he got some recognition for what was probably a really stressful situation that he handled expertly. Keep doing what you’re doing, Quinn— We see you, and we appreciate you.

Not sure if I'm just used to the newburyport dunks but since they are temporarily closed I've been coming to this one and they are so fast, I got my order right away and the line was moving so quick! My coffee and food is perfect, please give these people a raise because they deserve it compared to other dunks!

Very friendly server. Asked about different types of coffees, she took her time and explained the ingredients in the different types of drinks. I also happened to walk in after a fresh delivery of donuts had arrived.

The Best Dunkins service in the Area! I go to this Dunkins for lunch Break to Get my Coffe Fix! The Staff are super attentive and pleasant!

All breakfast sandwiches were hot. Good coffee. Staff appears to work like a well-oiled machine. Constantly busy location. They handle the traffic well.

I wrote it to the Duncan by bicycle and they were one of the few properties that allowed me to order and received an order at the drive-up window. I ordered a cafe macchiato double shot called leche frio skinny sentazuca which is basically a two-shot espresso with low fats melt and no sugar over ice in a large container. Coffee was delicious and fully flavorful efficiently made the youthful staff of the window was very nice and accommodating give them a good tip for working during covis 19 what else can you say Duncan made the day

Orders are always right, they're efficient, polite and quick and they always serve with a smile. Their decorations for Spooktober are lovely and, well, spooky!

This is my favorite Dunkin' Donuts because of the staff.

Quick and friendly service. This location makes sure to have plenty of each doughnut offering ( have yet to encounter them being "out" of a particular item) and they are always fresh.

Close to the hotels. Friendly service, coffee made right.

I love going to Dunkin Donuts it's fast simple people in Nice in and out that's what I like in and out head right to work

Good this store is the store I regular go to daily& if they were in any bit rude with NO customer service skills like others I've been to I just wouldn't go there .PLUS I'D Tell ALL MY FRIENDS/ FAMILY not to go there as well
