McDonald's

Went through the drive thru for a cup of coffee and a glass of tea. The girl in the drive thru definitely didn't want to be there and obviously didn't understand how to put in an app code but after a few "It doesn't work " she finally got it right. Thankfully, the coffee was hot and fresh. I only drink McCafe coffee, even at home. It is always good when it is fresh and hasn't been sitting in the pot a while.

I ordered on the McDonald's app. For some reason, my order didn't go through, but my card was charged. I drove up to the drive thru explained what happened, and they handled the issue easily. Thank you!!!

I visited this location on 7/3/22 at around 2:30 pm and place an order through drive-thru. I situation came up and the Manager became present. I must say this young Lady is what management is all about! While rectifying the situation she was pleasant toned and non confrontational like most in management! The food was hot and fresh! Yes

Corporate needs to come in this establishment immediately and see how she is running this shift. The manager Keisha is running the best and tightest McDonald’s I’ve ever been at. Way to go! First time here and am completely impressed!

Was very impressed with the speed and accuracy of my order.

Had to stop on the way to go fishing to get some strawberry jelly because we forgot to get it at the Grove St location and my 7 year old would not eat his breakfast sandwich without it. Got the jelly, no questions asked and was on our way! Ended up catching 3 baby sand sharks and 10 croakers. Think I did good for my first time fishing!

I came in this place to get a quarter pounder with cheese because I've had a craving for it for like 17 years. So I finally got one it was pretty good. Not saying it was worth waiting 17 years, but it was definitely better than like eating dirt, or a shirt sandwich or something like that

I had an order of fries, they were great. Every location I have been to seems to forget to change the grease. Great job! I will be back again.

The past few weeks when I visit McDonald's in Beuaville NC the service is fast friendly and good hot food. I don't know what you have done but keep it up. It's been the best it's been in a long time. Thank you

Ok so I’ll admit I didn’t like the McDonalds much before but their lunch crew has been on point the last couple times I stopped by. I appreciate how nice they have been and the orders have been correct.

We in the drive thru, we had 3 separate orders and they were a little over the top. Those workers in there never folded. ALL 3 I MEAN ALL 3 where correct! Great job guys!!

i have been to this location on several occassions and desided to give it one last chance. Got to say something happened and what a turn around. Lobby clean, smiles on the workers faces, food was good and they even came to my table to refill my coffee. I don't know the manager but haven't seen him there on my previous visits. I think he is the new manager as he was talking to alot of people in the lobby and telling them to let him know if they ever have any problems. Just thinking i got them on a good day i have wen tback almost every other day and it's getting better. Thanks Mcd's for making a change.

They were really busy, but we got our large order relatively quick, it was accurate and delivered with a smile.

The staff was courteous and polite, the food was hot and fresh, the order was correct, and the restaurant was clean and fully stocked. The food was cooked fresh to order and very tasty. I was satisfied.

Prompt service, order was correct, service was excellent ...the employee working the dining area jumped in & helped me when I forgot my straw & napkins....i considered it over and beyond ,especially during lunch hour!

Clean place, very nice cashier service was great. My food was on point and hot 🔥 to my taste ..I will be back again

Kids love to eat here, reasonable prices, my order has always been right thus far and my wait has never been long.

They were busy and messed up the order, but they immediately fixed it and were extremely nice and helpful. Also the bathroom was really clean.

Our sandwiches were fixed as requested, to us quickly and they were delicious.
